 |  Meaning of a song
Hey guys a song that I really love is Don't answer me by Alan Parsons Project. I just read the lyrics but can't get to the point. What do they actually sing about, and what does it mean? At least the lyrics seem to me like when a couple had an argue, and then go silent to each other. I know this very well. It ends that we two just wait for the other to make the first step and break the silence. And the singer does not want to win.... dunno exactly. You see, I would love to get the point, but are stuck. Any ideas or comments? |

Sorry, don't know the song. But there's some common knowledge about song lyrics: The listeners tend to see more in them than the musicians who wrote them. Musicians use sentences or words that fit well to the music. Guess there often is not much meaning to be found. |
