How did you meet your partner for your past and current love/intimate relationships?

(I initially tried to make this a poll but unfortunately there's a limit of only fifteen options when there are probably a million out there.)

This doesn't necessarily translate to 'Where did you pick up your partner?' but it's obviously included. ;-)

Well I'm currently single... however, I've tended to meet my favorite men through craigslist- both friends and dates. Perhaps it sounds bad, particularly if you've seen some of the things posted, yet I've found that genuine little postings draw the most interesting people, filtering much better and more efficiently than I can manage in person, whether for just an email exchange or eventually for a serious relationship. I've also met men through normal social interactions- friends of coworkers, whatever; and I've met several men who've just introduced themselves to me walking down the street or in a store etc, those have been more hit-or-miss- of course they don't have nearly the same information to judge by as the craigslist respondants do... and I believe email gives an advantage to the more shy thoughtful types I tend to like anyway

Ha. Just kidding. World of Warcraft worked for me... i know i know. Stopped playing now and wouldn't advice anyone to start. You really meet a lot of different people though.
