I like to help people, sure, but I'm a bit tentative on the whole "Life Coaching" thing since that episode of "Penn & Teller: Bullshit!" on the subject.

You've got to be really careful about people who don't have accreditations. If you are seeking a therapist, trust a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist with solid training and experience. There are a lot of phony bologna plastic bananas that will only take your money and time without giving much in return.

This might sound alarmist, but I am in my senior year of a psychology degree at a distinguished university. Alas, it's my belief that a licensed professional with broad and deep training has much more to offer because of the more thorough and insightful way they think about and interpret what you divulge.
