Red face Social Skills Website

Does anyone know of a website, product, or audio/video that teaches and goes over Social Skills. I am looking for more fulfillment in this area of my life, and believe that my social skills is somewhat lacking growing up. I am still shy sometimes and stall out in conversations.

I am a young male living in NC.

Default Yea me too!

I'm in a similar situation myself leetx, also looking for useful resources on the internet that can help me better understand social dynamics and the "principles" that are underlying any mutually benefiting relationship with another person.

Any knowledge on this would be great!

Cheers!

Charisma Arts - Contains lots of information about social skills. Read the articles on the blogs, and check out the forum for conversational missions and exercises.

Also check out Personal Development Resources | Tools for Transformation there is a free booklet called "Communication & Relationships Course" make sure you check it out.

And I also recommend the book "Psycho Cybernetics" from dr. Maxwell Maltz.
