husband watching too much of TV

Small recap, My husband and I have a child together. Before this when we both were alone, we used to get lot of time together..after returning from work,i.e after 6 PM, we used to goto gym together, he helps me in the kitchen..Then my child came along, and my mother in law is here (for 6 months) to help me with the baby. I returned to work..

Now we take turns to goto gym...ensuring that my MIL doenst get bored(after the whole day alone)..My issue is my husband is utilizing all his time watching TV..roughly from 7:00 PM to 12:00 PM...now that we dont have to cook ,as its taken care by my MIL. I am trying to shed off my preg pounds..so majorly I goto gym..My problem is I guess I am missing being with him..but he doenst come and spend time with me..I dont want to watch TV after my gym as I spend that time wth my baby...Previously also he used to watch tv, but as we used to spend the gym 1 hour and cooking time togther, i never felt it...

So our schedules are now running in parllel lines..I hope this is temporary but felt like sharing..Any advice??

Hey, prats. Have you discussed your feelings with your husband? He may be a little overwhelmed with the new addition to your family or any number of other things. What does he say about it?

He says he took care of the baby(which means he keeping the baby aside with him in the TV room) when I went to gym.So wanted some time for him to watch TV.

Ya yday he said, he will stop watching tv by 10 PM. let me see how far he will do that.

Instead of expecting him to fail, why not try expecting him to succeed?

yes, I will do that.

If my MiL moved into my house, my wife would have a much bigger complaint than my tv habits. :p
