| alright letes get started. im a 16 year old guy..this is gna sound a little lame but im having problems with my social life. its a looong story so here goes. in 10th grade i was pretty popular not the most but had 2 really close friends and between the three of us i was probably the most popular (pls dnt think im showing off or in denial about anything i write here..because im pretty sure im not and wouldnt be here if i was) and a lot of girls have crushes on me and stuff because well, the find me hot! and apart from those 2 guys i had loads of other friends (including girls of course) but who were never never as close. problem is one left town far far away and has become a jackass, then the other starts hanging out with other people and hell suddenly i find im nowhere. after this i find that life went DOWN DOWN DOWN went through some pretty goddamn rough times found out about the law of attraction and things perked up. what im trying to get now is to form a close group of friends between my old friend who left me and one other guy who he became pretty good friends with. While this works i can never manage to keep them as friends for too long. sometimes we get pretty 'chummy' and then i screw it up with negative thoughts and then **** happens and i feel pretty bad and the vicious cycle starts all over again even though i know i created it all and i shouldnt clomplain. Whats messed up is im almost always fighting with something or the other about my social life. AND NOW TOO MANY OF MY FRIENDS ARE GIRLS! and less guys who are as close. so weird thats a bad thing. Now i know im in a MUCH better position than a lot of the guys who post here i still need help and its my last year of school and i want it to be great. my whole last year went like this and im seriously sick and tired of this crap. sorry if its confusing but please try to make sense of it and tell me what to do. by the way does anyone have views on subjective reality..i think its true at least..pretty cool eh and yes im hot...haha. |

| This could be way off, but I think you are focusing too much on the past and the future. You wish that the coming year could be just like it was a few years ago. Yipes! Nothing comes around twice, each moment is unique and different, and the only time that really exists is right now. The only thing to do is to figure out what energy/intention you want the next year to contain, then work on bringing that into the present moment. If you want it to be light and fun, then in each moment be light and fun. If you want to be deep and compassionate, then in each moment, all of them, be deep and compassionate. The only thing that's missing for you that I see is bringing your intentions and desires into reality in the present moment, the only part of reality that really exists. As for your view of law of attraction, don't use them to beat yourself up about the past, and definately don't use them for wishful thinking about the future. They are both traps for the unwary. If you look to the past and think "Oh, that's my fault, I intended that.", you are actually wrong. You didn't intend anything in the past, you only intend things right now. The reality is that you remember an event, that's all. Everything else is added. Same with the future. It won't every happen. Why? Because the future only arrives as a series of presents, meaning that you never intend anything for the future. You can only intend things in the present as the present arrives. One of the biggest revelations is discovering that the only time that exists is right now. Through that you get the power of being able to bring your dreams and intentions into reality. All that's left is to take your intentions and create them on a moment by moment basis in the present right now. So what are you intentions? |

| well my advice is and speaking from experiance dont try and hold your self back with your old friends if they are moving on it will only end up you getting hurt and bitter... my 3 best friends all started pulling away from me in my final year of school all cause of one girl and i tried to keep working ont eh friendship cause i thought thats what i was meant to do but once i let it go and moved on i realised how many other great friends i had scattered all over the school... if you wanna make more guy friends or more of any friends be your self do things your passionate about or would like to try like a new sport or a new job... i know 2 guys who went to the same highschool and didnt even know each other existed at school( one was a jock one was a geek) now that they work together they are the best of friends and inseprible... jst cause they were given the chance to get to know each other ...try knew things you enjoy ul meet heaps of guys there everywhere...but i deffinatly think guys make better friends |

| I think there is nothing wrong with having many girl friends instead of boys. If I must say, I prefer girl friends than boys. But before making any conclusion, I am a male, I mean a straight male happily married to a straight female. Anyway, my bestfriend is a girl and I met her around 5 years ago and we still communicate religiously. Nope, she is not my wife. But I chose her to be my best friend beacuse she understands me, corrects me if I am wrong and praise me if I do right. In short, a true friend knows no sexual preference and you will understand it more, son...that is if you face your life positively

| Ooops! Sorry but I have to correct myself. I suppose I have problems with the key # 2. I met my bestfriend around 25 years ago, and we were just like your age. I hope you meet your true friend soon. Thanks!
