| hello every one , this is my first time here so i don't have much things to say but i want to ask you one thing .well i am 20 years old IT student and i am learning in one of the best polytechnic which is found in Finland. even if i can't speak a well English i know how to write .i am just asking for the fastest way to learn talking English. |

| You know i'm from Poland and i can't talk english very well, but i'm quite good at writing, but not that good as i want to, but this is ok. I was never really studying english in school, and i wasn't doing any home learning as well. All I have done in this direction was playing PC games with lot of dialogs in english language. With dictionary of course, i was working on every single word that i met in those games that i learned english even before i had english classes in school. But in those all years in school they never teached us how to speak, and all the things about writing they teached i already knew.

| Watch American TV with a remote control with a pause feature and look up phrases and words that you can't understand or have never heard. I also like Rosetta Stone for learning a language. Jennifer |

I think fluency in any particular language is obtained with time and practice. You are probably not the only person in your class who is facing this issue. When it comes to presentations, rehearse throughly and keep a paper in front of you (make some short notes on the paper) Lastly, speak as well as you can with complete confidence and don't be discouraged when others correct you. The more you speak, the faster you improve. There is no such thing as 'perfect English' because there is always room for improvement. |
