I've been taking a look at the dating coaching sites for men out there. Why do most of them seem to be so hucksterish, adolescent, and sleazy in tone? There seem to be a number of tasteful and mature sites for women. It seems like many of the sites are done by one guy to sell his eBook. All of "his" sites seem to be very long, filled up with empty content, sort of like a power point presentation. To fill the space you get checklists of what you get or what will be discussed in the program......yet those items don't really say anything. I guess they are doing it to make the program look like more than it is. The effect it has on me is to just skip the web site and the program altogether. Aside from being voluminous it looks like a poor attempt at manipulating people. |

Hi Cron, Are you looking at dating coaching sites or seduction sites? I can see how seduction sites may seem "sleezy" because many of them have tips to trick a girl into sleeping with you. One guy that I really admire is Owen Cook, who goes by the name of Tyler Durden (from Fight Club). He runs a company called Real Social Dynamics. I've never personally taken any of his classes, but I read his blog. I like how he is developing a philosophy on picking up women and is trying to understand the nature of what drives attraction. |
