Default Personal development activities

My girlfriend and i are both pretty interested in personal development. We both like learning a lot. I was just wondering if there were any growth related activities that we could do. On occasion we read teh bible, or tao te ching over the phone, but I never really have a plan of something fun that we could do so we never end up doing any of these growth related activities.

I introduced her to personal development a few weeks ago. She reads an article everyday, and then we discuss it. Thats really all we do though, and that is always over the phone. Any Ideas? Thanks

Hello and welcome aboard vai123...

You can read books on PD, listen to tapes and CDs, attend seminars... or best yet... hang around this forum...

This is the place that you can post your question... get information... and get inspiration...

PD is like any other science... you take it one step at the time... and there is no end to the journey...

One of the best way to begin that journey is to read the book, "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill... it's not just about money... but about anything that you ever want... it's a classic and a must read...

The very best of luck to you...

Anything you read or learn, you could come up with an experiment, and then go try it with her! Experiments are a very fun and collaborative thing to do.

Because PD isn't just about learning, it's also about doing. So you could both volunteer for something and work towards it together or something like that. Anything. You'll never run out of experiments.

I think setting goals together and telling eachother your dreams could be really fun, it will also help you both to bounce ideas on how to reach those goals, maybe excersize together?.
