Angry Coworkers

I have this one coworker that I just don’t' know how to deal with. I work in a print department in an office supply store. My co-work, for whatever reason, is unable to get any work done. I've had to open for my supervisor this week, because my supervisor is on vacation, and everyday I come in, after the co-work has closed, NOTHING I left to be worked on has been worked on and she's taken more orders and just left them for me and our other co-worker. This would be fine if she were busy but many other co-workers (who don't work in our department so can't really help with order) have told me it hasn’t been busy and she just sits back in our department working on stuff for her other jobs (she has like 3 jobs.) I have no power, so I'm left everyday instructing her nicely which jobs need to be worked on and then leaving notes reminder her what to do and how to do it.

I've given up on any hope she's going to do her job, but I'm not sure if I should tell my supervisor everything or just let my coworker's bad habit get her in trouble.

(Okay I've seen a lot of people say here that traits we dislike in other are traits we actually dislike in our selves, so let me just say I get almost all work left to me done before I leave, and I don't even have to be asked to do it. I do slack some so I don't mind other's doing it but I would never slack when I had stuff that needs to be done)
