Awhile ago I had a strange experience while sleeping. My whole body starting vibrating. That morning I got up and googled "whole body vibrating" and to my surpise this is what happens before astral projection. I had heard about astral projection, but never really tried or knew alot about it. Ever since that night I've been trying on and off to get myself to astral project, without much luck though. So I bought a program called astral inducer. Its supposed to send out waves to your brain which will cause you to astrally project from you body. I haven't had a chance to try it, but I'm wondering is there a possiblity for anything to go wrong with this? I'm exciting about doing this, but I don't want to try it if its not safe, has anyone ever tried anything like this? |

I wouldn't bank on it working. Unless, you convince yourself that it is definitely going to work, and it becomes a tool to assist you. It is likely it will not be a miracle that launches you right away into projection. There are also lots of other tools/techniques out there, and you should find one that you feel comfortable with. As for anything going wrong, I've haven't heard anything negative about them, but anything is possible...so, be careful. Best of luck to you!

| This happens to quite a few people when they're half awake/half asleep and begin to wake up from a dream. I get it often when I slept more than 8 hours and try to sleep more (I even get severe tinnitus with it!) It's pretty meaningless and IIRC, has nothing to do with astral projection. The vibrating is just an annoying feeling that lasts 15~20 seconds before I finally wake up and can move around.

i wouldnt call that tinnitus, it's more of an effect by your brain than damage of your ear drums. many people experience the same thing but many people mislabel the sound to be damage since that is all the scientific community can give as an explanation.

I am also exploring the whole astral projection thing. I had never been able to get vibrations through meditation. Meditation was not something I was very familiar with in the first place. So I focused on trying to go from a lucid dream into an astral projection. About my second week, I had a very different and intense experience in my sleep. I went lucid, and dreamed I was sitting in front of my computer researching astral, when all of a sudden I could see through the ceiling, and I saw the most clear and intense night sky I had ever seen. I then decided to go astral, when all of a sudden I was violently pulled out of the chair and slammed onto the floor. My whole body was vibrating, and I realized that the whole vibration thing was not as subtle as I had thought. It was the most intense feeling I think I have ever had. I was being pulled back to my body, and tried hard to fight it, but eventually I snapped back. Keep in mind, the computer I was at is in my room, about 6 feet from my bed. After some more research about what had happened to me, I read about how people have a hard time getting away from the magnetic pull of their body. This is exactly what it felt like. I also read that the younger and healthier you are, the stronger your magnetic pull might be (I am 21). This is why many travelers are older, and even one of the experts in the field was bed ridden and sick when she learned how (don't remember the name). Considering what I felt, and what I have read, there is little doubt in my mind that there is truth to this astral projection thing. I only wish I had more success at it. |

It is natural to Astral Project. Most people don't remember like they don't remember their dreams. You don't need an inducer it may cause harm as well. Simply relax and keep attempting to remember. It will happen. It may take quite a while for you to get a good handle on it with some control. Happy Easter. |
