Was this an Astral travel experience?

Here is a dream I had many years ago, I'll post it and see if anyone can shed some light on it..... in terms of Astral travel


In my dream I am sleeping but awakened at 2:am by my neighbor standing at the foot of my bed , she was wiggling my left big toe. I knew it was 2 am because I watched myself look at the clock ( I was observing the entire dream of myself and my neighbor), she stood there in her brown slacks and baggie blouse and unbuttoned sweater, she was rocking back and forth rubbing her tummy , ( she was pregnant), She wiggled my toe and said " It is time" she smiled and then she just vanished, I awoke and looked at the clock and it was 2 am

the next day I looked across the road to where my neighbor lived , and I knew she had had her baby, later that day I saw her hubby as he had just came from the hosptial ,

I told him about the dream, and that was how Faye his wife had awakened him, she stood at the end of the bed and wiggled his left big toe, wearing the same maternity clothing which i described... and she did wake him at exactly 2 am

what doesn't make sense to me is , if it is a type of astral travel, would it not have been me in her bedroom? instead she was in mine

does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Here is my most recent (tragic) dream , within the last year,

In my dream I saw my hubby's x , she was sitting in a room but I could not make out any items or objects in this room as it was grey halo'd , she was sitting in a chair holding a box of kleenex and crying , she was in a great deal of pain, so much so that when I woke up I* was in the pain , it was a very deep pain , which went right to my soul....

and I got out of bed and was angry, i did not know if the anger i was experiencing was my own because I was just mad that i was dreaming about my hubby's x, and thinking "why in the world am I dreaming about her"? and thinking geesh !! i dont want to dream about her lol

or was the anger her* anger and pain

within a half an hourof waking with this dream i got a phone call from my step daughter ( 8 am) , that her moms house had burned to the ground.... she lost everything....in the night ,

I've noticed with me that all of my dreams where the events come true, they are all surrounded in a greyish halo, entirely different than what i call a normal dream..... these are specific and distinctive dreams....

I don't know why they are halo'd some are a darker grey , but they are always grey

my precog dreams are also haloed or in gray, so I know what you mean.

You're probably very empathic and picking up on people's sort of pain frequencies for lack of a better term.
