Just wondering Can you be to "open" sometimes i think I go through periods where I am too open....... like I get static noise really bad, and my "awareness" is super aware

even my neighbor has said to me that , I am the most "aware" person she has ever met......... I did not like that

If you consider a balanced chakra to be 100% open, an imbalance can look like one of two ways - underactivity or overactivity. You can absolutely be running too much energy through one or more of your chakras - I just did a reading for a client whose 7th chakra was running about double the energy it should have been, and she was getting tremendous headaches.

A chakra imbalance is usually a symptom of a more significant energetic block or restriction.

If you dowse, you can do a little chakra analysis for yourself and check on the percentage level of overactivity (anything above 100%) or underactivity (anything less than 100%) for each chakra. If you want to get really detailed you can look at the balance for each chakra at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body level. It's a fun little exercise!

Here is a link that is actually quite revealing. Take this test and it will measure how open each chakra is by your answers. From there, you can select options on how to balance the ones that need balancing, how to close down or how to open the ones that need opening.

Guys,don't force the opening of chakras! If it's the right time/life for them to open,it will happen spontaneously through devotion,meditation,study and service.Forcing them to open can create serious problems,the same goes for Kundalini.Raise your head upwards and seek glimpses of first soul contact,but know that that's possible for a small number of people.There are of course Masters who aid us in our development,but they are even fewer.Don't get disappointed,but wisely keep your practices till the last minute of this cycle,it's all stored for the next visit!

You are not going to open higher chakras without purity and conservation of sexual energy- period- on the contrary, he says you will manifests hell realms when you have your 'proverbial male periods more than once a month'- probably associated with the 7 lower chakras below the spine.

And that sounds like a load of crock to me. No disrespect dear, I just do not agree with this at all.

Purity-yes,but supression of sexual impulse can lead to great psychological problems.Even Catholic church (God forgive me for mentioning her ) is talking about abolishing celibacy.On the other hand,there's promiscuity and sexual perversion which can lead to serious consequences in more than one of the next incarnations (so we are warned by the Masters).In last message I listed spiritual prerequisites for all-round development,including that of etheric centers (chakras).There are 7 major chakras in the etheric body,and a lot more minor ones, including those below the spine,although I think there's more than 7.

I beleive that suppression wont help anything but understanding the desire - whatever it is is the key. I have been trying to learn this definition of understanding.....For me its about knowing why I feel so and being aware of it instead of "blindly" entertaining it whenever the thought comes into my mind.......or in other words letting the thought control me.
