Anybody have any experience/knowledge about clairsentinence?

...I had insominia. I was going through a lot of really deep somatic processing that I thought I was mostly finished with at the personal level.

At some point, it became clear to me that it was not my personal stuff.

Then I became more intent upon staying present with it until it resolved, intent on not pushing it away, because it was clearly something BIG.

This is what it means to me to be a woman. I feel the world. I stay with the feeling until it gets what healing it can get from me and the process comes to a natural end for that moment.

A woman accidently hit a cyclist and killed him in my town recently. For a few moments, I was the woman and the cyclist. I breathed with them both and blessed them.

Perhaps this is just my path.
