Flash Visions? (my pathetic life story with questions inside)

I have always loved the paranormal and loved to believe I posessed a power. I have often had paranormal experiences (maybe) such as deja vu in the day from a dream sometime before (varys from days to months). I've also had one possible lucid dream (not sure because when i had it id never even heard of lucid dreams) and I've seen one ghost (in my basement) and can almost float but get nervous and lose my balancce at my tippy toes. Lately though (I am now just 15) I have had a rare "flash vision" which is not even a second long and is too fast for me to see, this usually happens in the evening or at night. I am not what you would class as normal by any means: I am adopted (from age of four)and "might" have a slight (miniscule) dose of FASD (fetal alcohol specturm disorder: includes things like add, adhd etc.)(couldn't tell if you looked at me) but am also considered an "indigo child" I have a high iq too. So i wonder if any of this could help you . Basically I want to know if I am physic or not and if I am what are these "flash visions".

what are these flash visions like? What do you see or perceive?

Usually I see a person (its very specific) but I mean its litterally barely even half a second long and when i open my eyes (so to speak its more like coming out of my own world), I forget what it was, its really annoying.

Btw i forget to say last night i think i had an almost lucid dream( im not sure). It was pretty basic but this guy i know, ryan was in it and i remember tying reaslly hard to ask him what are you doing here but i couldn't but it seemed very real (i hate those dreams where youdream youwake up and its the next day lol). Now that isn't the only wierd thing in my dreamss usually i have parents or best friend and rarely my ex, but usually i have a lot of filler people (people that I've never met seen or heard of made up ion my mind) not kids from school or bus. The last part doesn't really matter but could that be a lucid dream (almost) and if so it would be the first and since i wasn't trying to either why would it happen?
