room spinnning and heat

Well I am wondering if anyone has experienced this, or knows what this might be.

Today I have been trying to focus or should I say unfocus my eyes so that i may see the energy of spirits in the house. (( I know that there are spirits around me,and trying to get my attention as I have a constant ringing in my ears - sometimes it goes load so that it drowns out most other noises ( Iknow that some may read this as the medical problem of tinnutus, but its not a problem) I just don't understand most times what they are saying. Same with my own children, but if I can see my kids mouths aor expressions I usually can figure out what they are saying.that is why I am trying to see the spirits more clearly, hoping it will help me figure out what it is they are trying to say!!))

Anyway I can see energy fields of most thingsnow- the land, animals, furniture, the kids. So today i was letting my eyes unfocus and go the way they wanted and some interesting things happened- first the walls became one and appeared to open with a gray foggy energy coming through, if i could keep my eyes from burning and trying to refocus I could make out an outline of a person, but then I would blink or my eyes water and lost it.

I kept at it but then icould see the energy field, but it felt like the room started spinning, and logically I knew i was perfectly still, so i let it continue (normally I get motion sickness, but this was adifferent feeling) anyway i let it spin for a bit to see where it was going, and then I started to get real hot, like i was baking in the sun, so I stopped and grounded myself- the heat left fairly quickly there after.And then of course I had to get back to taking care of the family so i wasn't able to try it again.

Has anybody had experience with a feeling like that, and if so what was it, or where could I find more info- or is that something that I should avoid and practise a different method firist.

Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.

I'm not much sure.But i would suggest since water as element is known to be:
Water is a cleansing, healing, psychic, and loving element.
MAGICKAL TOOL: Cup, the cauldron

Next time you do what you wrote bring two bowls of water with you, one for left and one for right hand. Place your hands in to the bowls, and start. When heat and burning start, feel them being absorbed by the water from bowls.

If this works you will remain undesturbed for some more time.

It sounds to me like you do have an energy in the house and you're opening up to your ability. My sister had a similar experience when she bought an old house a few years ago. Every time she stood in front of the oven or by the back door, she'd start feeling hot and spinny. She asked me to check it out and I felt the same thing. The old lady who'd lived and died in the house before her, had owned it for 70 yrs and was concerned about the alterations they were making to the house and gardens, particularly the huge native Kauri trees. We walked around the property with her and she told us what the different plants were and some of the history. My sister assured her that she would protect the trees and the mermaid statue in the front garden. The lady left and hasn't disturbed the house since.

Cori, the grey energy you saw sounds to me like the energy of someone who was emotionally troubled or depressed. It could be either residual energy from a previous occupant of your house or someone who has passed over and still lingering around. You can easily clear it by walking through the house room by room with a bowl of smoking white sage leaf. Close the windows and start/finish at the open front door wafting the sage smoke in large cupboards as you go. Close the front door when you've finished.
I recommend that you join a development circle and learn how to raise your vibrational frequency. You're obviously energy senitive and beginning to open up. While you are opening up, you're more susecptable to lower more dense earthbound energies. Once you can raise your vibrational frequency, you'll be able to shift the energy with the aid of higher guidance from spirit.
If you 'tune in' the dense energies before you're able to shift them, you run the risk of moving them into your energy field and you could manfest some of the negative emotions in yourself.

thanks for the replies. interesting. My house is new as my husband and I built on our land, and have been living in it since last fall. As far as I know, no one has died while on this property,(we have been here for seven years.) could it be the combined energy of people in the house (i have four children under the age of five (and they were bouncing off the walls yesterday!!) and know that I think about it I did experience something similar to this while I was pregnant with my last child ( she is seven months old now) that feeling always came on unexplained, but yesterday I brought it on. I guess I will pay more attention to seee if I notice a pattern.

I will try the water thing to, as I am an earth sign. (a capricorn)

As for the grey energy, that actually makes me wonder if it was my father. He commited suicide eleven years ago after a five year battle with deppression. Maybe it is how he presented himself to me, so i might recognonise him?? (i do hope he found the light, as none of us here hold anything against him, we just wanted him healthy and happy again in a safe place.

Hi Cori,
Sounds like it could be your Dad. Sometimes when they've passed over troubled, they have things they need to say to us before they can forgive themselves and move on. A friends mother hung around her for a few years like that even though my friend had forgiven her. Once her mother was able to explain some of her actions in her life that had a negative impact on my friend, her mum shifted and the heavy energy my friend felt around her moved away. It was very healing for both of them.
Perhaps you could try talking to him.
