Bursting Circle and Piercing Sound

Hi,
I want to hear your thoughts on this; today I was kind of relaxing, napping with listening some spiritual music, I don't know if it is relevant but it was "inward harmony". Even though I wasn't meditating I knew I would experience something, it didn't feel like a daily nap.
I am really bad at explaining things so I hope I make sense.
When I started to drift away I started to feel a strong energy circulation. I can't recall but I think I had seen very fast flash visions and my mother was involved somehow (she passed more than 10 years ago) the flashes were not like an event they were more like very fast and strong pictures of people ...and at the same time I started to hear very metallic sound, ringing and it was getting stronger. I began to afraid, my heart was pounding, I was feeling something strong was circulating in my body. I tried so hard to wake my self up (chicken During couple of attempts to waking my self up I saw a white/golden circle flashed with a piercing sound --just like the on LOST when they were jumping in time/space--and just like them in my mind I closed my ears,it was so loud and piercing. I really tried to wake up so hard. Finally I opened my eyes,I was seeing the room physically but I knew my soul/spirit/conscious call it however you want was not in my body- at least it felt like that and in couple seconds I felt like it jumped back in my body. My heart was pounding and my chest hurt-- I was about the give my self a heart attack!
It was very loud and the circle burst was intense.
Now a bit of background; I never ever had any paranormal experience but from the moment I was born I knew most of the answers ...never believed in religion, I knew it was more than what they teach, I had an understanding and knowing of spirituality...I knew how babies were made and I remember things from very very early stages of my life ...I was reading spiritual materials like Richard Bach's books so young and I was feeling very much at home...
Last couple of weeks I feel a shift. I even started to go to a healer. All my life I knew I would do this but one morning I woke up and scheduled a visit. I started to do things I was somehow postponing ...
So what do you think this experience is? Just a stressed energy relief? a heavy lunch? just a dream? Too much LOST back in the day?

Something very similiar to this happened to me, i made a post about it but didnt get much feedback, i thought maybe i was starting to astral project....i "Dreamt" that i woke up and was sitting up on my bed, and my consciousness or perspective was lifting from my body, like through the top of my head, i could look down and see my body on the bed, and things started feeling really intense and i also got sort of scared and thats when a loud electrical shock sound went off in my head and i woke up, but i could still feel the remnants of that shock in my head when i woke up....

I have a couple of opinions on this:
First of all, the first part sounds like you were being given a vision by the angels and your guides. I have had a few sessions of these fast moving pictures and these are messages that either your angels, guides or deceased loved ones are trying to convey to you. Make sure to pay attention to them and meditate on them to get the full explanation. The second part sounds like an astral projection but that you got too scared and did not stay relaxed and so your spirit slammed back into your body which can be very painful. If it happens again, try to stay relaxed and see where it takes you. However if it was a dream that you were doing this then it was most certainly a message from your angels and guides. I often have dreams where my spirit is standing over myself or someone else I know and these are angel messages either about your life or a loved ones. I hope this explanation helps.

I was not seeing the room out side of my body...I was seeing everything through my eyes but in a "blank" state. Then I felt a jump and felt my consciousness.
Today when I told this to my "healer" she said it was a contact and she was very excited about it She advised me to stay calm next time ask them to lower their frequency. I hope I didn't shut it down. I have been always very excited and very into this--reading about channeling for years-but still little afraid...we'll see, I feel it coming whether I am ready or not
