Assistance from Michael the Archangel

I've heard that you can call upon Michael the Archangel for assistance with any type of accidents, crime, psychic assault or with demons. He is there to protect you and keep you safe. Just know that he is there awaiting your call for assistance. This is still don't fully understand but I believe it is very powerful. I have a picture of him on my wall and a tattoo of him on my arm. Thank you archangel Michael.

Hallelujah, that's the truth. He also helps with electronics or mechanical malfunctions. I visualize him when I get on my bike, especially riding in urban traffic. I call on him if I am walking alone or feel unsettled in a situation. I ask him to protect my car. I think he has been working with me a lot recently because I am so drawn to BLUE, vibrant blue, and I heard that is symbolic of him. I met a man who was an embodiment of archangel michael once, and he was a powerful presence indeed!

He came to my assistance when I had a powerful reiki session. The reiki master said she saw a hint of a wing on my left side during the painful point of the session and she was not a firm believer of angels at the time.
And since then I have been asking for help with improving my meditition skills and yesterday while at our local tip shop( second hand goods shop near our waste dump) he pointed me to a small book called "Breathing - the natural way to meditate.

Archangel Michael is a wonderful friend to have around. He helps with so many things the main one being protection. You have only to call on him and he is there surrounding you with his love and protection. The tattoo is very unique and symbolic for you, good for you in incorporating it into who you are.

How do we know who Archangel Michael is in order to call him?

How does saying or thinking about Archangel Michael open a connection with the archangel?

The angels and archangels are all connected to us. It is difficult to understand at first but they can be in multiple places at once so its not like we are calling them away from something more important. The angels and archangels are connected to us through our senses of clairsentience (clear feeling), clairaudience (clear hearing), claircognizance (clear knowledge), clairvoyance (clear seeing) etc...they send us messages every day through these senses and in many other ways as well. All we have to do is ask them for their help and they will give it gladly. They cannot help though without us asking because of free will. Children especially, often don't even realize they are calling for him and the other angels to help but it is a natural born talent and when we are so young it is something we do automatically, because the angels and the spirit world are still fresh in our minds and we have not been exposed to the biases of the human world.

Interesting....Never thought of it that way.

My concern is that just thinking of a being with wings holding a sword named Archangel Michael doesn't necessarily connect anyone to the actual Archangel.

Why does calling on "Archangel Michael" connect us with the actual Archangel's vibration field? There are ancient sanskrit mantras which are used to connect with fragments of beings also; they do connect us with the actual archetypes because their vibration is encoded into the mantra (sound frequencies.) "Archangel Michael" isn't a mantra though...it's but a name. Knowing that he is an archangel isn't that much of a help either, especially if an individual has no recollection of what an archangel actually is other than just a concept in his mind.

I've been trying to get answers on this for some time and was never satisfied with the responses, simply because they did not answer what it is that I'm asking. I'm asking for the metaphysical causes as to why calling on angels is supposed to work. I know there are others who don't quite get it either, but might be hesitant to speak out because everyone already in contact with arch/angels make sound as simple as calling for a delivery guy to bring pizza. Even easier than that.

But I think that is the mistake: everybody is expected to have Michael's assistance by calling on an imaginary image. Imagination and reality aren't very different from each other, so WHAT is it that I'm missing?

Perhaps you are missing the faith...
It takes faith and trust to develop relationships with your angels and guides. The angels are here to help us in anything and everything we ask them for. Their sole purpose is to support us. It is easier to call your angels to your side than it is to call a pizza guy and has better results. Nobody knows the how of why they can come to your side instantly but I do know from personal experience that they are there instantly when you need them even if you haven't called them. Angels are not necessarily winged either, they can appear to us in that image because that is what we expect an angel to look like but they may come in many forms and they send us many different signs everyday to show us that they love us and are with us.

alphamind - perhaps you should focus on intention. I call on Archangel Michael often to assist with healing, removing negativity and protection. When it is my intention to receive assistance from him, I can see him/feel the energy. The focus of your intention is very important. Belief also is key. Take some time and quieten your mind. Call Archangel Michael with the intention that he assist you in some way, and really surrender to the energy of being assisted. Hold your focus in receiveing that assistance, do not let your mind wander. It is a very focused and intention driven exchange of energy, remain in the moment of communication with Archangel Michael and you should be able to perceive his presence in some way.
