coping with paranormal abilities

hello
im new here today...
for the last couple of years i have been having precognitive and premonitions mostly in dreams. mostly of disasters like 911. trin crashes other plane crashes....also when i develop a link with people(rapport) i get to see their shortcomings. its all very well if i could help to halt horrible accidents ....
i feel frustrated that i cant do something to stop them, especially when its someone i love and know well. i sometimes wonder if this gift is really a burden ....its not like i could just blurt out ' hey your gonna loose your arm soon in a machine and stuff' im at the end of my wits.
if someone has any remedies to help me cope with this 'gift' or to help me develop abilities to see better for people then i would appreciate it very much

sometimes i wonder what the whole point of seeings future tradgeties is for?
its not that i can do anything to change them. but its depressing and i feel helpless.
im lookig forward to learning from you guys

Think about what it means that you can tune in and detect tragedies. It's like your radio is turned on and the dial is moving around by itself. Get control of that radio dial. Tune in to the channel you want to listen to instead of letting it tune in for you. That's how you "control" it. Or, unplug the radio (much harder).

I dont know man I remember when I was psychic for a little over a week constantly seeing what was going to happen the next five minutes. I got majorly depressed and prayed and prayed for my "gift"(felt like a curse) to dissapear, it eventually did.
Mine wouldnt really have any impact it just felt like a constant DejaVu almost so it didnt help anyone, yours sound life saving.
I advice you to think it through, if you could use it so save people - GO FOR IT.
If it destroyes your life, pray for it to go away.
