An empath is someone who can feel other peoples moods, feelings, emotions, right?
What would you call someone who affects other peoples moods? Like when They are happy other people become happy? Is that a form of empathy or something else?

Energy projection? The term some use is empathic projection. But we all do that in some way or have the ability to do that.

Yup. And I think one way to develop that is to not let outside circumstances affect our mood unconsciously.
