was my dream Astral projection?

o.k. So I am a long time lucid dreamer you can say veteran .My dreams started at an early age . Ever single night I remember my dreams and view them all in complete color.. For a while now I have dreams inside of dreams The last one was quite bizzare since it went to many different levels. First I was dreaming I was in front of a Large brick fountain that looked Egyptian smoke was coming out of the fountain actually more like steam so I realize I was dreaming and had to get out of there.. I told myself to wake only to wake into another dream with I knew it was time to go so I had to wake myself force to wake then I was in my bed watching myself wake only to find I was still dreaming I went to turn the light switch on in my room noticing I was still dreaming the light never went on. It was my room yet it was not the light not working was an indication to me I was still in the dream world . I freaked out I knew I had to get out of there or wake up again.. So I walked out and it was no longer my room I felt calm down this is ok you can control & change the settings. The next thing I did was I felt a familiar presence and opened up the door to walk down a long tilted ground and cold hallway with large mirrors I started to walk out but there were scary people around and the person I was looking to find was down the hallway I was to scared also realizing I was naked since I basically sleep nude it was exactly how I was sleeping .. I slammed the door I thought I can not let these people in they were coming after me then I knowing now I had went into 3 dreams waking twice I was aware everytime of the level of dream the man came in and grabbed me I started to say my prayer which takes me out of the dream since I am aware, however my body is in paralysis .. The prayer always wakes me that is how I was able to get out of the last levels the thing that startles me is when the man grabbed me I naturayl started shaking my body until I started to fade from the dream disappearing and waking into my current reality .. The erie feeling is that I felt the last level was so real like I was an avatar of something and this life is fake .. I'm so confused and how did I know to shake violetly that that would removed me from the spell? was this astral projection? Why so many levels? Was this outer body? btw when I wake I watched myself wake out of my bed in my room how I sleep only to realize it was fake...

I appreciate any feedback or if any other have experianced this level of dream complexity.. Thanks & blessings to all

I dont believe in levels of dreams, It all happen in the same place it just feels different depending on how aware you are yourself...
