Need serious Help please -Negative Entity attachment

Ok it began last Tuesday 29 November . .I switched of the lights went to sleep and after a few minutes I suddenly feel this irritating tingling feeling on my head. Best way I can describe it it feels like tentacles kind of. Anyway. A few seconds after that I feel suddenly a shock of fear in my body now this feeling feels like shockwaves coming from around the middle of my body and spreading out my body(hairs on my whole body stood up) any way while this happened I'm still ,still in my bed then I feel a pressure on my back(I was sleeping in foetus position) and then I jumped out of bed and switched the lights on . .I switched the lights off again and went to bed and same thing happened So I switched on the light and sat on my couch . .- I tried to avoid any fear and so I googled solutions to Make this thing go away - I read about how to just let it know its here and command it to leave , that didn't work. Days later I coulnd sleep because I felt its presence and the 2nd night remember feeling like I'm sinking and being pulled down from my body(I have never astral travelled before).. I have been sleeping late with the lights on ever since . . I Have followed some advice on the internet .#1 pray to god and "just let go of fear" . . ask for protection from Your guides ; Jesus;guardian angels ;archangel michael Buddah and visualising white protection with affirmations to not let any beings that dont consist of 100%pure love and light in my aura---non of that has worked for me. now what I have noticed is that when I tried to remove this thing with meditation while visualising breathing in light and connecting to the earth getting energy I started to vibrate. .and I said some affrimations to rid this thing(that worked for someone else) but nothing happened. My mother can't afford a psychic right now and holy water and burning incense hasn't worked . . .by the way I am a fairly positive person and ever since last tuesday I feel this thing stronger and this week I SERIOSLY FEEL this thing on my back. AnD this ish is starting to scare me. I feel like there are hands always grabbing at my waist. And right now as I'm writing this I feel this thing on my back. and what scares me is that somewhere I read of how people get posessessed through a chakra in the neck . . .and ever since two days ago I have. Had an aching at the back of my neck. .right now it has been unbearable what I would like to know how can I get this thing to leave me permanently And by the where I am having pains in different parts of my body and shivers .I especially get shivers when when I try to literally moved these "hands" from my waist -please help ASAP . .I'm not sleeping tonight

Calling upon Jesus or Archangels should have worked if you summoned them rather than called out a command into the nothingness for them. It's a slightly more advanced technique to do this. Most websites offer useless information in this area.

This works for general negative energies, not for fully fledged demons or negative entities with a specific purpose.

Don't rule out that he might just not know.

It could be his environment also. I have found that dirty and unkept houses have drawn 'unfriendlies'.

That being said too - i had looked into this sort of thing (about whether we attract entities to ourselves) and i had consulted Robert about it - and his reply was in short that it's unfair to suggest that we attract horrible things like this all the time. Of course - there are times certainly where that will happen - but ALL the time, every time - it seems unlikely.

I thought about it too and it makes sense - in the way of experience i wouldn't know just yet - but i would probably lean on that.

Ok let me let you know what spirituall stuff I have done recently to let you know how I might have picked it up. . . In september I started trying to astral project and hardly ever meditated then I started readind stuff concerning raising your vibration for LOA . .so I started opening my chakras and meditating more I felt the physical effects(positive) so I started meditating . Now I read on a website somewhere that awakening your kundalini can help you with astral projection now I followed the instructions and woke up the next day with a great pain in my cranium like pushing a hot finger in my head(I read somewhere that this is crown chakra aches) now I started meditating everyday and the pain went away after I felt this great energy of. Through my body. .It felt like my I was radiating with energy and I felt so clear and happy for the next week maybe. . .on 13th November I started doing aura site exersizes and some days later I started having this strong throbbing magnetic feeling on my forhead it sort of felt like there was something on my face. While wide awake I took this thing off with my hand and the throbbing stopped but later came back. .some days later when I meditated for long with my eyes open I started to see stuff in my room like small things flying around and I started seeing like a purple kind of broken circle shape(I read somewhere that its your 3rd eye opening) now had this meditation experience many times in meditation before last tuesday. .also when I look in the sky I see colourful things start forming then a tunnel that looks like someone flying at high speeds through clouds. .any another thing I have been doing is trying to talk to my guides through some methods I found on the net . .and I haven't had any obvious evidence that they have contacted me . . .now I'm not an angry person I have a positive outlook on life I'm not into any cults I've never seen or done anything with ouiji boards I've never tried summoning negative entities. . .so the reasons I think this thing might be disturbing me is #1maybe I "looked" at it during open eye meditation when I was seeing formations and stuff #2 maybe it has been with me since long ago and now that I am more sensitive to energies I can feel its presence #3 maybe someone sent it to me. . .which is what my friends jokingly said might be the reason

No Midnite , because when I meditated at around 10am today for energising my Crown I felt strong tensions in my neck and even towards my forehead(inside my head coming from the back) and when I try doing Circle of light I still start shaking around and muscles at the back of my neck and inside my head contract. .so basically no I don't deel it gone but DO however feel better than yesterday because last night I was kind of scared that ill wake up possessed . . .anyway I'm buying some sage to see if it works otherwise if all else fails ill go to a shaman lady I found on the net that stays in my area and I've already spoken to her on the phone and instinctively I feel safe to go there if SHTF. . .

Rombus, near Sandton, there is Mr Ivan Kaplan. He is one of the best spiritual teachers and therapists worldwide. I think he charges about 500 R an hour but it's definitely worth it. And what is even more important, he may teach you how to look after your energy field yourself, to prevent such disturbances.

Otherwise, we also do this kind of work. We have been doing it for years and most often remotely. If works great. But we can't afford doing it for free either as it is very time consuming and it is our full-time job. We do a charity sometimes but then it may take very long before we get to it, as we have to pay our bills first.

You're right, I didn't go to the source at all. I merely removed a grey looking entity. The kind of work 'going to the source' would require would be a full-scale healing as well as teaching him how to protect himself in the future. Not exactly what I planned to make time for. But I think the underlying essence is 'Go all the way or don't go at all'. So lesson learnt.

Just as a side note, something really strange about the entity is that it reminded me of one of those dimensional beings cancer usually attracts.
You might want to consider getting a CT scan if all else fails.

Merrick yes I understand in the freebies thing and you guys also got your lives too . . .I am going to make a plan to get help when the cash comes through. . .And Midnite thanks for the help .To me it looks like a deeper problem. .I've never heard of ish like this happening over a period of two weeks not even on the internet. . .AND IF it was sent to me then I think I know who it might be (my mothers step mother who is a Sangoma/witchdoctor/traditional healer ) - because(long story short) the coincidence I see here is that My aunt who past away fews years back reported that she saw a black mist in the air from nowhere come to her and she breathed it in(unintentionally) and since that incidence her life went down horrible sickness and lots of crap. . .And another instance was when my mothers brothers wife - who is my aunt who happens to be very strong psychically but she's religious and avoids this sort of stuff - when she visited family near where this Witchdoctor stays she was attacked with "Whatever dark stuff she uses" by her. . -Theories aside I will try check this guy ASAP thanks Merrick

You're welcome Rombus. Just explain to him what you have been going through on the phone and find out how much it would cost, more or less, to sort out this issue.

I've also spoken to my girlfriend Lenka with whom I work and informed her about your situation. I thought perhaps we could do the work for you for a fraction of our usual fee. But she doesn't feel we should go into it as it may indeed be a deeper problem and it may take more than one healing session. And we simply cannot afford doing it at this stage. Perhaps you have heard, perhaps you have not, that the only way out, is all the way through. Rhombus, I would suggest that you let go of your fear, and realize where that fear is coming from. It is not a fear of demons, but rather it is a fear of the unknown. One can search the net for explanations for the wierd sensations felt during meditation or attempting to astral project, or even just when lying down to sleep at night, and hear stories of how such experiences are purely demonic in nature, but also, one can find the exact opposite. To you this experience seems painful and terrifying, but a death is necessary, and by that I mean that we are all reborn to some extent every day, and when we lie down to rest, we ourself are actually laid to rest. Death and rebirth are a part of nature, and it happens on all levels. My suggestion to you friend would be to reassure yourself of the reality that everything happens for a reason, and things can only happen one way, and to simply let go of trying to control your situation. Keep within your heart your character, and realize that it is not your physical self that truly matters, and given the physical nature of these experiences, simply calm your spirit, and let whatever is to happen, happen. I do not believe that you will become "possessed", I think that idea has crept into your mind somewhere, and refuses to leave. Stay positive, and trust in the universe to know what it's doing. The next time this happens, just lay there calmly, and see where it takes you friend. In my experience, the seemingly negative portions of the experience can get to be very intense, but they soon pass, and are replaced by the same intensity of positive portions, and back again. Read upon on how people become shamans. Often times they have an epiphany of sorts wherein it seems as though they are tortured by demons, only to come out on the other side of "hell" so to speak, and back into conscious physical life, and they are "reborn" so to speak as a shaman. It was not some outside "demon" they fought, but rather, it was their ownself that they had to subdue.

It sounds like others have addressed clearing your personal energy to some extent.

I would like to offer a house cleansing ceremony that was very effective for removing some "little friends" who tagged along with a houseguest we hosted. My housemate and I were up all night with violent dreams and later realized we had been slowly gravitating away from love for the duration of this individual's stay. Fortunately, this ritual, which my Reiki master offered to me, was very powerful and effective.

Set sacred space however you do. I work a lot with the medicine wheel, so I called in all my allies and the different elementals and such, and I charged the entire ceremony with Reiki. Do what feels right to you.

Begin with a prayer of intention calling on enlightened beings, your guides, angels, your higher self, the ancestors, etc. to come help you sanctify your home. State that you now intend to allow only beings of the highest light and loving vibration to enter your home, and ask them to help you remove anything that is other than that. Ask that they create a bridge of light to help any beings who do not resonate with pure love and light to cross over to a different home. Definitely add any personal intentions as the spirit moves you.

Grind up and burn dragon's blood resin. This is very effective at removal of "the nasties." Starting at your front door, circle your home counter-clockwise, blessing every corner, every nook and cranny, with the smoke. Visualize feelings of relief, of joy, of love. Go through the entire house this way. The more smoke, the better!

Then open the windows and doors and let it air out a bit. Imagine all the gunk leaving.

Next step is calling in the beauty. Beginning at the front door, circle the home clockwise while smudging everything with sage. This is your opportunity to visualize your sacred space and bring in everything you want to experience. Feel free to speak your affirmations of abundance, pleasure, service, gratitude, or whatever out loud and to be quite playful. Go through the whole house, then let it air out again.

#3- To Tuning in i read the stories on how people become shamans and I have actually heard of this. From people where ancestors and whatnot choose a someone to be a Witchdoctor(in my country). .and read and heard about people lives going down (like people going crazy and stuff) if they reject "the calling". . .in my case if it is this then , I will reject that stuff because I have a way different vision of what I want in my life as long as I have the power of choice - But I highly doubt that's the case ,and anyway I believe that if someone has a life purpose ,then that purpose should make them happy and resonate well with them , and shamanism doesn't fit well with me .
But I slept better last night by focussing on other stuff, but letting go of fear of the unknown is that easy when I don't know their motives are, that's why I've been sleeping with the TV on and my arms out of my blanket because if I get awoken at night by something(by it touching me) I want to actually see what I am fighting against- as crazy as that might sound
#3 - To Dillydot I have been burning some other herbs crushed herbs that my mom got from some other people and I burnt some Green Sage and I have done the stuff with calling in help from angels and all others and even home Energy cleansing with visualisations (the one from LoveOrAbove.com) . . .-it hasn't worked so that's why I am going to help from more experienced people than me . .I haven't tried using Dragon Resin but I will rather use the money on deeper solutions thanks though

I havent had Images and feelings in a long time but, (I only read the 3 top posts) I saw what appeares to be....im gonna go with a young spirit, crying and holding on to you, not sure if its bad or good, then I saw something behind it........a red/black arm, alot more darker like an outline of dark blood color of a hand behind the young spirit and its reaching out from the darkness, or its just that im only seeing that much.........I then I heard the words Illusion at first, I then asked myself this to reconfirm myself about it and I heard not Illusion, warning, danger........the second word for some reason, I cant really remember much of it but thats what im getting out of the mumbled words...........

Keep this thought in your heart friend, and listen. I am nobody and know nothing, but I honestly think that if you continue to remain calm, and accept the "unnatural" nature of this occurence, things will calm down a bit for you. I honestly believe this.

On the other hand, if it is infact a "demon", know that you are not alone, and if a dark side exists, most certainly a light side does as well, and the universe will not allow for anything to go unbalanced. So rest, and be at peace child.

Ya I had the Meditation of Light from Merrick&Lenka on Monday I had interesting experinces during and after it and it made a lot of sense once I got the report about other stuff that's been happening in my life and currently going through.. . Since then I don't have the feeling of being followed around AND I don't start shaking hard when I meditate drawing in New energy. . . .but one thing though is that I thought and read a lot(A Whole Lot) about entity attachments and the effects . . .ONLY now I noticed how since that tuesday I felt like I was going mad. .like thought of crazy things like thinking of being possessed and demons are attacking me . .I wasn't sleeping naturally I was sleeping at like 3 and 2 in the morning and so during the days I started feeling "too tired " to do things that I wanted to do. .then I didn't realise that I stopped meditating and exercising regularly (because I would try meditate with white light and start getting that shaking and resistance and I would just give up with frustration) . I then went to victim mentality Thinking stuff like "why me" because I was wondering if I meditate and I am spiritually developing that's supposed to be a constructive positive thing then W(hy)TF am I getting attacked for it . .I was wondering why this didn't happen to Steve Pavlina (so far I've never heard the man talk of getting disturbed by entities at night) . . .anyway I thought ok if keep fearing this stuff now how long will it go ,because I've read stuff about people being scared to sleep because of stuff like this For MONTHS! Or YEARS. .now logically it would be dumb (for me) to get my sleep cycle effed up because of the fear of getting touched or awoken by the unknown at night then this would result in me being too tired to do other important stuff
(exersize , meditation , self development). .basically it messes up the other parts in my life. . .
Now at the time I thought it was a negative entity because of "that" specific uncomfortable feeling I got when it came towards me when I was sleeping. . .now I read that negative entites like try to influence people with negative thoughts and stuff (and if it Was a demon I think I would notice it by now) and so I had been watching my thoughts and I didnt feel or "hear" anything invasive or abnormal to the way I think. . .the only thing was that feeling I got from my stomach area spreading in my body.
What I think I should is to start properly cleaning my aura -Apparently its VERY important -because I have also noticed how my mood and my body's feeling changes when I go to some certain places - sometimes I would go out feeling fresh and energised go to different places then come home feeling heavy and sluggish then when I want start meditating at home I would start feeling tired and end up sleeping . . .
To Tuningin's view about trying to stay calm and just going through. .Now here's something weird on Wednesday night I decided . .I need to stop this cycle of fear(because I don't want to be one of those people who stay like this for months) so I went to bed with EVERYthing switched off but I did have my phone in my hand for quick access to light if I felt something come up . . .now yes I was still a little scared even though I did this . . .it was cool for a few minutes then a had that feeling coming up again from my stomach. .now I was facing away I didn't see anything. . .in the past I would have just quickly reached to switch any light on. . .but I waited for a while to see what's going to happen . . .that feeling in my stomach spread around my back(goose bumps) . . .but I still just waited and some time later the feeling went away. . .now I was still wide awake trying to sleep now the a few minutes later again that feeling came again but I still just chilled and kept still then I eventually turned around with my phone light on to see what's around and as usual there was nothing and the feeling went away . . .this happened on and on for like over and 2hours and then I eventually just got tired of it so I switched on the tv and tried going to sleep . .I slept at around 4:20 into the next days morning. . .anyway before when I felt this presence I was able to tell/feel where it was when I switched on the light by moving around the room and what not. . .now I feel that the uncomfortable feeling isn't as strong as it was before . .and when I do switch on the light I don't feel ANY Presence in my room at all
This sounds crazy but
what I would like to know is that is it possible that I am actually unintentionally creating that energy feeling by expecting to be disturbed in the night by some unwanted energy. .because I don't feel a presence when I switch on the light AND I don't feel the feeling as intense as before. . .
-Anyway I read from sites the importance of aura cleansing and shielding ,I will try it out consistantly for two weeks to see the effects . .because maybe that's what I need to do. . .and I was feeling good this week and made sense of some stuff in my life and also having "synchronities" since monday. . .anyway I plan to try ignore any uncomfortable feeling tonight while sleeping . .and think about positive things and see how I go.

Thanks for the update Rombus. However, I wouldn't recommend ignoring anything. Right on the contrary: be aware of any feeling that arises. Observe it inquisitively, but don't get involved with it. Be like a scientist who takes the thing under a microscope. But do not analyze or judge it. Just observe. Go right into the epicentre of the feeling, explore it, get to know it. This is the best control tool there is. You can always blur the zoom if it gets too much. And at the same time, your aura will be being cleansed as well.

I then went to victim mentality Thinking stuff like "why me" because I was wondering if I meditate and I am spiritually developing that's supposed to be a constructive positive thing then W(hy)TF am I getting attacked for it . .I was wondering why this didn't happen to Steve Pavlina (so far I've never heard the man talk of getting disturbed by entities at night) . . .anyway I thought ok if keep fearing this stuff now how long will it go ,because I've read stuff about people being scared to sleep because of stuff like this For MONTHS! Or YEARS. .now logically it would be dumb (for me) to get my sleep cycle effed up because of the fear of getting touched or awoken by the unknown at night then this would result in me being too tired to do other important stuff
(exersize , meditation , self development). .basically it messes up the other parts in my life. . .
Now at the time I thought it was a negative entity because of "that" specific uncomfortable feeling I got when it came towards me when I was sleeping. . .now I read that negative entites like try to influence people with negative thoughts and stuff (and if it Was a demon I think I would notice it by now) and so I had been watching my thoughts and I didnt feel or "hear" anything invasive or abnormal to the way I think. . .the only thing was that feeling I got from my stomach area spreading in my body.
What I think I should is to start properly cleaning my aura -Apparently its VERY important -because I have also noticed how my mood and my body's feeling changes when I go to some certain places - sometimes I would go out feeling fresh and energised go to different places then come home feeling heavy and sluggish then when I want start meditating at home I would start feeling tired and end up sleeping . . .
To Tuningin's view about trying to stay calm and just going through. .Now here's something weird on Wednesday night I decided . .I need to stop this cycle of fear(because I don't want to be one of those people who stay like this for months) so I went to bed with EVERYthing switched off but I did have my phone in my hand for quick access to light if I felt something come up . . .now yes I was still a little scared even though I did this . . .it was cool for a few minutes then a had that feeling coming up again from my stomach. .now I was facing away I didn't see anything. . .in the past I would have just quickly reached to switch any light on. . .but I waited for a while to see what's going to happen . . .that feeling in my stomach spread around my back(goose bumps) . . .but I still just waited and some time later the feeling went away. . .now I was still wide awake trying to sleep now the a few minutes later again that feeling came again but I still just chilled and kept still then I eventually turned around with my phone light on to see what's around and as usual there was nothing and the feeling went away . . .this happened on and on for like over and 2hours and then I eventually just got tired of it so I switched on the tv and tried going to sleep . .I slept at around 4:20 into the next days morning. . .anyway before when I felt this presence I was able to tell/feel where it was when I switched on the light by moving around the room and what not. . .now I feel that the uncomfortable feeling isn't as strong as it was before . .and when I do switch on the light I don't feel ANY Presence in my room at all
This sounds crazy but
what I would like to know is that is it possible that I am actually unintentionally creating that energy feeling by expecting to be disturbed in the night by some unwanted energy. .because I don't feel a presence when I switch on the light AND I don't feel the feeling as intense as before. . .
-Anyway I read from sites the importance of aura cleansing and shielding ,I will try it out consistantly for two weeks to see the effects . .because maybe that's what I need to do. . .and I was feeling good this week and made sense of some stuff in my life and also having "synchronities" since monday. . .anyway I plan to try ignore any uncomfortable feeling tonight while sleeping . .and think about positive things and see how I go.

What makes you believe that this is a negative entity attachment?

I feel that it may just be some negative energy that is being released. When you meditate frequently at first, sometimes a lot of negative energy is released, and this can take a toll on the body/mind/emotions. The first time I did a chakra clearing for my wife, she had a rash break out all over her body for several days with no other logical explanation of its cause.

I just cleared out some energy yesterday that has been bothering us for a while, and it made a huge difference in both of us. Negative energy doesn't always mean a negative entity.

Double post, mistake
. .last two nights I really didn't feel like facing it was focussed on other things . .but tonight(sunday) I plan to just face it with my light and T.V off and do this into the week and try not let any fear of what might happen come over me . .I still have the fear no doubt. .
But by facing it I won't try communicating or what ever I will just chill facing forward until I fall asleep just trying to be present and not trying think what will probably happen. .
-to ChristLight the reason why I thought it was an entity is because it feels like an actual presence the details are in posts. . .but whether its a negative I am not 100% sure. . and I assumed it was/is because I have said outloud whatever it is to leave and done other stuff and I still felt the presence. Details in my posts. . .

Ask the angels to surround you, pray to god and ask him protect you from any evil souls or entities who are around you. Call on archangel Michael for protection and help. Call on archangel Raphael for healing. Don't just ask once and give up though, keep asking and envision yourself in a white light. Light a candle, burn incense, spread holy water if it makes you feel better. The angels are always with you though and they will fight this thing off if you ask for their help! I have had very negative entities around before as well and the angels are the only tool that truly get rid of them. Good luck!
