Often what you see is just your own translation/decoding of reality in terms of what you are already familiar with seeing in your world.

For example in the Bible is a description of an UFO which basically is described like fire wheels and wheels in wheels. Because they had nothing in technology at that time to relate to it. In a similar way you have nothing to relate to it in your daily life and thus see the symbolic representation in many ways. To see more of the 'unknown' you have to be conscious and bold.

Between dimensional layers there template realities existing themselves. Like between our and the upper one. Some beings who come from the upper manage to get into the template reality and then from there can influence you into your dimension. Basically they can't go into your dimension without very, very much effort.

So in practical terms its hard to say where you were - you see a blending of many different things, the trick is to see it all symbolic than literally, because you project your own reality nevertheless.

I was meditating and it seemed like a vision, but i could feel the rubble under my feet, and the spirits took notice of me but did not try interacting with me, if i was astral projecting i was not aware of it.
