The new energies coming to earth right now are turning people's lives upsidedown, so if you feel bad and notice things falling apart around you try to be at peace with these changes that are happening. I know it's hard for someone to understand the state of the "energy climate" and how it's changing these days, but many, many are going through untold hardships now, either on an emotional level or physical level or both.

I often refer to the "ascension energies" in many of my post's, that talk about how we're being pushed by the energies lately to "release" many things from our lives and sometimes these things leave us through all sort's of "not-so-nice" circumstances.

Do try to get as much rest as you can, drink lot's of water (to help your body and also emotion's stay in the flow), and try to just step back and not let the negativity get to you.

I often talk about the energy updates this woman has posted on the Internet, it might help to follow along with them as they come out, these updates answer alot of questions for me as to why I'm feeling to strange and also why everyone right now seem's to be going through alot of "stuff".

It also help's to read back through her past updates to get a better idea of everything she talks about and also a better understanding how the present energies work on us all.

To keep it simple, happiness is a choice. That come off cliche or "Are you kidding me?" However, think about it. A couple years ago when I made that choice it's made all the difference in my emotional well being. You have to commit to it, it will take time, but I personally think it's soo worth it.

Is it really miserable or just your own definition of 'miserable'? It will only be like that because of your own thoughts.

Yes, to start feeling good after being miserable is hard. There is this wall preventing you from change but believe me it is worth it once you overcome the difficulties.

Maybe I didnt explain it right---

I feel miserable cause the circumstances I have to live with.
My car get broken soon- its very very old and I dont have any clue from what to buy a new one. My bills need to be paid, otherwise I will get in trouble soon, I mean real trouble, I feel like I have bad luck, and that is since?
I dont think though that my bad luck is coming through "manifesting" bad things, it just doesnt stop.
Right now I am trying MBos and I really pray that my GA is helping me in big things too.
Somethimes I even think I have a course on me.....

3 days ago I lost my really best friend, in fact, the only and first person in my life I could rely on. She was young and died within 1 week due to cancer.
Of course, that doesnt make things easier. I am really feeling like being in a dead end
