Is that possible? I've tried calling my spirit guide.. and my guardian angel. I say my MBOs daily and I always ask for something small. But I don't often feel like I truly connect.

I tried meditation countless times but with my ADD it's incredibly difficult for me. I plan to keep trying but I wonder if there are other ways to connect.

Any tips are welcome. I do believe and I have felt presence in my room before but it was before I really started trying.

this page explains it very well: How to Do Automatic Writing

to me this has been quite effective as I don't always have time or a possibility to sit down and meditate, it works pretty much anywhere you are at any time ^^

Try my summoning technique:

Close your eyes and place your fingers in the enlightenment mudra

whilst also including the additional amendment of raising your two middle fingers as well. So the final product will look like the above picture with the index and middle fingers raised together.

Then mentally repeat the following verse "I call upon my [Spirit Guides] to appear before me by the Will of God. I AM God".

Insert the name of the beings if you have them. You can summon just about anything with that verse. Visualize their image while saying it, also visualize them appearing before you. Give them mental direction as to what you want them to do.

I have successfully performed this just about anywhere. Standing in public, at home, in my car, etc. No meditation required.

Midnite: Wouldn't that still be a form of meditation? As prayer can also be seen as a form of meditation and this also requires visualization.
I still think it's a good technique though.

Silwer, thank you for the link. I'll read it tonight and give it a go. I'm so happy I get to learn new things about these abilities as I'd like to explore this further

Midnite, thank you too! I'll give this a go. I always thought I can't do visualizations but then I often 'drift out' and imagine/daydream when I'm supposed to do other things so maybe I'm better at it than I thought
