 |  Do EMF sensors work? Are they Safe?
ok.....so i'm curious... i was watching ghost adventures and wondered if EMF sensors really work? I was thinking about getting one but i am also wondering if they do work....are they safe to use? I dont want to "invite" any bad ghosts are anything like that either..... what are your thoughts???? curious in Texas. |

Hello rozuki, Yes, EMF sensors work as long as they are in good working order and are powered by some fully charged batteries. they are safe to use only if you use them as they are intended for- detecting electro-magnetic fields and not used for other nasty purposes. As for not wanting to invite bad ghosts and such. i say... when i do not wish to invite someone to my party, i simply do not invite them. |

E.M.F. is electro magnetic field , its a volt meter for radio waves . I guess if you got hit by one on the head it is un safe . The type used for ghost hunting works around 60 hz , as I remember. Lets say you use one to check the door seal of a micro wave oven . Wouldent you want to know that door was leaking all thoes micro waves ? ( m.w. oven 2450 mhz ) ( ghost 60 hz ) desert rat
