I see the future in my dreams a lot. How is this possible when it defies all logic?

Almost everyday there are ordinary moments where I realize that I've seen the exact thing that just happened in my past dreams. I guess it's kind of a deja vu thing. When I'm dreaming of the moment that will happen in the future, I most of the time don't realize that it's foresight. Also, when I foresee something it's usually about an unfamiliar place or experience.
For example, I had visions in my dreams of the house I just moved into recently. Like specific places in the house and how it looks. This was months before I even saw the house and I always realize that I dreamt about these things.

What is this kinda stuff called? I'm very unfamiliar with it.
Any comments? How is this even possible?

insight, foresight, future vision. This doesn't break any logic, just defies anything scientists can answer with a real "theory"

I would like to say about this, that human logic is not perfect; if something seems to defy logic then it might just as well be the logic itself that falters.
