 |  Seeing aura questions
Ok well today when I was in class I was kind of zoning out and staring at the teacher when all of a sudden her back became bright orange yellowish color like she was sprouting wings or something, it only lasted a few seconds though. I think what I saw was her aura but not entirely sure, because I've never practiced it so... 1. How do you see auras? 2. Do you see them with your physical eyes or inner eye or both? 3. Do the colors of people's aura change when put up into a different colored background? (teacher had a beige wall behind her) 4. is it possible to over use a psychic ability? Like say u haven't run in a long time then u try running a mile then u regret it the next day cause its sore... Because my forehead hurts, It feels like it's sore and I can feel it pulsate same with physical eyes but I think that is just physical straining 5. Do inatimate objects have an aura? Or is it just living things? And what about ghosts and other spirits? Any info is awesome because I have no idea how seeing someones aura works... A few quick/simple replies to your questions ... 1) For me, I use what i call a soft focus and look at a point a few inches behind the target who's aura I'm trying to see ... by soft focus i mean i kind of focus on an invisible point behind the subject.... something i read that I find helps is that you need to "observer with your mind, not with your eyes" ... 2) Physical eyes ... but you kind of want to observer indirectly ... hard to explain 3) yup 4) Sounds like eye straing from doing it too much too quickly, my guess is over time this would go away, just done overdoe it ... you can't overuse psychic ability, the more you use it the stronger it gets 5) yes, all things are made of energy and all have auras. hope that helps ! njbr. |

|   awesome, so then... I'm gonna practice on the objects in my room and such... Lol and well don't know how I could strain my eyes cause I only did it once, or maybe twice... Can't remember... And the info does help  thank you
