This past few weeks I'm feeling an urge to sleep and sleep...that seems I don't wanna wake up even though I have enough energy whenever I started sleeping I'm having trouble getting up of my bed. I have lots of energy during the night and feel sleepy during the day. I find myself hard to sleep when I'm already energized during the night but I also find myself hard to wake up after sleeping and tend to have sleep paralysis.

Are you drinking coffee or something late at night? Playing games? Anything like that?

Exercising at a certain time?

no I'm not drinking coffee. I don't do regular exercise but I have lots of physical activities throughout the day... It's already 2 am in the morning and I'm still widely awake. I find that it's hard to sleep at this time but the moment I started sleeping I find it hard to wake up even though I'm asleep for more than 8 hours which is not I normally do. I usually will have enough energy with just 4-7 hours of sleep which I'm used to ever since. I don't remember my dreams anymore which is also weird. I think there's someone hypnotizing me to just stay on deep sleep. It just happened after switching bedroom with my parents. I have new bedroom and new bed. What do you think? I usually feel sleepy between 6-9 am and again 1 -3 pm...

Many people are noticing all sorts of strange sleep patterns these days, it looks to me like you're having "ascension symptoms" do to the rising energies of earth plus the big spiritual transformation happening right now. thank you. I found the answer. How long is the process? the waking up at 3 am and strange noises really freaked me out. I also do feel lazy and don't accomplish any task because of out of focus, loss of interest, sudden change of decision or plan etc. I also had countless consecutive dreams that came true.

The ascension process comes and goes, there are almost waves to it, sort of. I have been going through it for years now, you just have to try and manage it. The lost of interesting is also very common to these new energies, since they make you pull back and just BE. We're going through a transformation at a DNA level and that's no small thing, it really does put you through all kinds of strangeness, the only chance you have is if you keep abreast of all the symptoms and read up on them as much as you can.

Maybe we are, maybe we are not. Maybe you ascend and I don't or the other way around. I don't think we should worry about it.
