Was this the start of astral projection?

I was meditating last night and my brow/third eye chakra always has a little bit of pressure when I meditate, but last night it felt like it suddenly grew and expanded and I felt like I needed to tilt my head up a bit so I did, and then I started vibrating and feeling like I was moving inside my body, I felt like I could see but my eyes were closed, due to the shock because I wasnt expecting it, and trying to see if my eyes were opened or closed I came back to normal from it.
From what I have read it sounds like it was the beginning of astral projection, do you think I am right?
What do you do next to turn it into proper astral projection?

It was the start of an astral projection.
Next time try to relax more and let things happen.
Have confidence that it will happen of its own accord with you observing it, rather than try to make it happen since you are in the initial stages

Except for the vibrations, this is ‘astral’ sight’ (seeing through third eye as if your physical eyes are open).

FYI, mental projection (other form of OBE different than astral projection) starts with astral sight (reference: phasing, Robert Monroe). Thisis done by projecting your third eye view away from your physical body.

The vibrations are part of sleep paralysis. Normally when asleep, the body is paralyzed to avoid your thrashing about while dreaming and hurting yourself. Sometimes in the transition between sleep and being awake the paralysis is out of sync. For a short time, you are awake but don’t have complete (or any) control over your body. Vibrations and falling feelings are commonly reported.

Sleep paralysis is a good time to try astral projection. There are many ‘exit’ techniques you can try. Basically they are attempts to move your astral body away from your physical body. There are many methods to do this. Robert Bruce’s Astral Dynamics is most commonly recommended to get started.
