I feel so lost in my life. Lately I just don't know what to do. I finally have been driven to the point of desperation. I need help. I need guidance. I feel like I can't handle life anymore and I'm hanging on by sheer willpower. So will a psychic please help me? I feel like I will never be happy and will always be alone. I try so hard everyday but every time I feel I have a grasp on some hope or happiness, it slips away. Please if anyone is out there, please help me. I just don't know what to do anymore. Ive lost people who gave up, and I wish I could have been there to tell them that despite all the anger and depression and rage, things change they have to , things always change always evolve, and these feelings you have shall pass. I was in roughly the same place as you years ago, but now I no longer fear loneliness and unhappiness. As a result I have many friends that care for me. As long as you can love yourself others will pick up on that (don't mistake love for arrogance/elitism though, that's also a mistake I made).
I can tell you that meditation works for cultivating such a state of mind.
