Feel some very slight pressure in my forehead area

I don't think it's just my third eye chakra, since it is spread out. I can feel the pressure on the forehead above both eyes.

I've been sleeping 5-6 hours a night. I don't feel tired though. I have a lot of energy while working out.

Also my memory and attention is affected in a negative way. I'm also having a problem making sense out of what people are saying to each other(but when they talk to me I can understand what they're saying)

Despite this I feel grounded and centered. I'm not thinking too much about the past and the future. When people say negative things to me or about me, it doesn't affect me at all. I'm quite calm and relaxed(just kinda worried about this problem).

High energy, chest area feels warm, 5 hours sleep

Should I just get more sleep or are there energy imbalances in my body.
