 |  how to start if..
you have ADD? lol I was told by a reader I am unaware of my powers and that I should pray to a spirit guide, that my power's source is connected to death and sexual powers... It made sense to me in a way cos I always felt it BUT I've tried meditation and visualization many many times and found it's impossible for me to clean my head.. to stay focused or rather unfocused on everything around me. I feel itchy and I can't un-concentrate on that lol Also when I try to visualize I feel I can just 'daydream' in a way lol Anyone else had a similar problem and found a solution?? I would really like to explore this. |
