I sometimes have dreams in 3rd person mode, is it possible to become lucid in those kinds of dreams. Is it possible to have a lucid dream in 3rd person mode?

Yes, you can also clone yourself and interact with an authentic version of yourself.

Quite eye-opening if you have challenges with loving and accepting yourself.

Yes, yes, and yes. I refer to the third person mode as the ‘watcher’ (search in my posts).

FYI, it much easier to develop the lucid dreaming skill of arbitrary dream modification from 3rd person than 1st person.

Advanced lucid dreaming: It’s even possible to be both 1st and 3rd person at the same time in the same lucid dream.
