Is this Consciouness? (Energy/Spirit/God)

Something very disturbing has happened in my head. When I go to bed and close the lights, I see white spots running in the space, it scares me. Actually it creates a very unpleasant feeling in my head, it's like it's trying to take control of my thought, it creates a pressure and headache over my head 24/24. And if I don't resist with my thoughts it take control and suddenly I think differently, I know there is something. I hate it, seems it will never go away. I called it energy, or consciousness maybe, or spirit? I used to think it was related to my shift from ego too consciousness ( as Eckhart Tolle teached in A new earth ). I'm not sure but I can do it consciously and come back to that state if I want but it's hell. I feel disconnected from reality. I know some changes has happened in my brain and I'm stuck with this now!♥♥♥♥
