Therein lies my problem. I can only find the one thread for dream interpretation and that says in the OP that only that person can interpret them. So Im a little lost as to where to post it Midnite.

Ok I just moved your post into the dream thread.

Anybody can come along and interpret it, even though it is highly unlikely LOL considering that there are only ever 2-3 members who do it. I used to do them quite frequently however have since stopped.

Why did you stop? Got bored? Can i ask you what you think of mine?

btw...i did a cetificate course on dreams and sleep and even had a dream interpretation business going for a while. I also have journalled and interpreted my own dreams for 5 solid years way back when...but I still like other peoples suggestions sometimes for dreams that confound me?

All I did was dream a lot and then read the first half of Carl Jung's Dreams.. lol

I stopped because it took a seriously large amount of time writing them up. Have you seen my dream interpretations? If I can remember... everything from page 6-13 or so was just chock-a-block full of my posts. They were like freaking masterpieces by the time we added a little intuition into the mix

I stopped doing dream interpretations for the same reason I stopped doing intuitive readings for people. I got over it. I started focussing on Healing, and then very far deep into self-empowerment. Which is where I am now.

ahh..i see. Well of course, that is your perogative and you've certainly gone over and above your duty. I'm thinking though, is not any of and including this, part of healing? Does not self-empowerment incorporate many aspects?

Yes. But once you get tired of the show, you move on to something else that interests you. I only ever really stay as long enough as to grasp the technique, delve far enough to actually become somewhat incorporated into it's usefullness, and then proceed to something more beneficial or advanced.

Spirituality is like a diamond with millions of facets. The more facets you cover, the bigger the picture you will have in mind. The further you delve, the closer you start realising how the 'impossible' starts becoming 'possible'.

Doing a dream interpretation won't get me excited enough to even click the link in the first place. Learning how to perform a resurrection however is so up my alley that I would dedicate serious time to achieve it.

However... there comes a point with claircognizence that if you're spiritually realised enough, the 'learning' part just turns into going through the motions, rather than anything uniquely beneficial. Knowledge dumps from higher ups trump anything I have ever read in a book.

You progress as far as your consciousness wants to take you.

What, since our conversation so far has been so aligned with snakes morphing and eating humans?

Ask away.

Actually that really bothers me as it suggests under-handedness...beware!

I wanted to ask you who or what are the higher-ups you refer to in your post?

lol I have no idea what this means.

If you were Christian, I would say God.
If you were kind of spiritual, I would say your Higher Self.
If you were New Agey, I would say Source.
If you read my off-Creation thread, I would say your Creator-self.

Which one would you like it to mean?

Ive been following your off-creation thread and i sorta got lost in all its meanings. mmmm...so to be safe i'll pick all of these options haha..thanks for your explanation. I thought as much but hey, one should never assume.

That's the fun of using spiritual jargon. All the acronyms in the world that you could never actually use anywhere else.

I will sum up the entire Creation thread in one sentence:

You are the most powerful thing in the world, for you are everything and you are nothing, realisation of what you are is the key.

I wounder if snakes eating people is like the dream of pharoh , the one in the Bible . 7 skinny cows eating 7 fat cows. Jacob said there would be 7 good years of harvest and then 7 bad years . In a dream the other night I saw this brass object with strange writing on it. Most dreams are just the mind at play and dont mean much . desert rat

Hey Moriarty! I left a message for you elsewhere, but in case you don't see it, that's my thread and feel free to do as you wish. I just wanted a chance to practice without offending anyone by interpreting dreams they'd already interpreted and I was hoping for some recurring dreams as those are something that I really enjoy working through. LOL. But that snake one particularly is one I wasn't sure about in the slightest, so take a shot at it PLEASEEEEE.

Thanks desertrat. Im not sure how that fits with snakes with croc heads eating little kids, but am with you on "dreams are mostly the mind at play".
Also gotta watch them late-night snacks. Doozies for nightmares.

ahh..gotcha momo. I didnt see the previous msg so thanks for letting me know. So if its your thread to practice dream interpretation, then feel free to see what you get from my snake dream.

So there's no particular 'Dream' section in the forum for everyone to participate? Is it left to anyone to just start their own thread for practice then?

Cheers

Sure will! There is a Dream Interpretation thread that anyone can participate in. When you pull up the psychic and paranormal subforum, it should be right up at the top in the sticky note section. That's where most people post their dreams!

I'll take a look at your dream and post it in my thread. There are two other dreams in my thread currently awaiting interpretation, so feel free to have a go at them! I have to get busy around here, so I won't be able to do it for a while.

I saw that thread. Correct me if im wrong, but the way it reads was saying that only that member (forget the nic) is doing the interpreting, so i tippy-toed out of there. Midnite was kind enough to move my dream post last night because i got lost as to where to put it. I figured where he moved it was a free-for-all.

Thanks ahead of time for looking at my dream. Sadly, I have to work to earn a buck, so catch you on my evening.
