Developing Abilities slowly I think???

I feel like my psychic abilities are developing slowly or maybe it is just coincidence.

I have only just realised in the last yr I have any form of intuitive abilities. Now I feel this yearning to learn more. I have been told by a couple of psychics that I have some healing abilities, so recently I have been trying them out, just on family/friends. Not sure if that is ok or the right thing to do or not?? but I ask my guides if I should, and get the answer back yes.

At the moment I use what I guess is Clairsentience { physical sensations } I have been told that after I have done a healing on a friend, that they felt better. I love the feeling I get when I help someone to feel better or not be in as much pain. I am not physically with the person {they live in another country}

Is it ok for me to be doing this when I don't really know what I am doing?

I ask everyday to work with the highest Angels as I have been told to do this, and also ask for them to show me what it is that they want me to do for them today.

I just get a feeling and an answer, that is what I'm supposed to do.....

Another thing I have been doing is asking for signs for different things, so that I can practice what abilities I think I have. I have asked for a sign of who is going to be in the bottom two each week in a program called X Factor, in the beginning I was getting the right two people, but lately I feel like my guides are playing with me a bit. Sometime they are giving me the answer for the two all-right, but it is the 1st two people to be safe, not the other way round.

I am wondering if that is a sign for me to not use them in that way??? I don't know? am I allowed to ask those kinds of questions of them to practice my abilities, or is that not allowed?

Some of u may find this strange......... but there is a show on TV, Like a murder mystery series, the last few weeks with a certain show, every time the killer walks in, I get hit with a very strong physical sensation that he/she is the one. So far it has always been right. Is that my psychic intuition or a complete coincidence? How do I know the difference and how come when I do clearings of negative/demonic energies, do I never doubt my answers, but with other things I'm not sure?

I have been doing clearings for the last yr without even knowing what I was doing. I just followed what I was told to do. You might be wondering why I can't ask the people who taught me how to do that, advice on furthering my spiritual learning. {they don't actually want me to go any further with my learning's.} Said not to open any more doors........ but I kind of feel like they already opened doors for me when they taught me clearings, now I feel like I have to learn more. Does that make sense to anyone????

Sorry that this is so long and if there is a member out there that has a bit of time to give me & some much needed advice on what to do next, I would so appreciate it.

I have been reading the posts that members have been writing, and I am in awe of the spiritual awareness and abilities that a lot of you have.
I really feel like I know nothing......... I haven't been commenting much on threads/post as I really don't think I know enough to advise anyone of anything yet. One day hopefully!!!! :-) I can maybe help someone who is in the same situation as I'm in.

Also if there is any member out there, that is just learning and feels as confused as me. {friend} me and maybe we can help/support each other.

You seem to be doing fine just as you are right now. Keep doing what you're doing for the time being. In regards to clearing work, try for the time being to do as little as possible. If you must, you must - but it would help to have a little bit of knowledge behind it.

For now, stay safe, concentrate on healing. It will exercise you mind, intuition and compassion.

Anna Conlan has some great articles on how to develop your psychic abilities and also gives away many free tips on being psychic on her website.... I would read through her whole website, you'll learn a lot!!

I really appreciate you taking the time to respond, and or any advice you can give me.
I will try and apply what you suggest........ as far as the clearings go, its like you said if I must then I must. I have been doing them for about a year now, and it's something I really don't get a choice with.

If I can help someone I love to feel better, then I feel like I have too. I have a couple of family members who pick up negative/demonic energies very easily, I think I have been taught to protect myself reasonably well now. Sometimes I take on some of what I clear, other times nothing.

I'm so pleased you advised me to carry on with the healings, that is something I really would love to learn more about. :-)

Don't rush the process. You are just starting out, so just allow things to happen as they will. You are still learning.

You can't do any harm by sending healing to someone, so I don't think that's a problem. I've been doing healing for quite a while, and it really is a wonderful thing to witness.

Funny what you say about not rushing the process. Even though I am just starting out, I feel like I have wasted the last year, because I just didn't have a clue what I was doing or why, just knew it was working. {I was just following instructions}

So now I am feeling really impatient to learn. Especially about the healing's.
I feel like I am so behind, and have so much catching up to do.
It's a really strange feeling. Like I could have been helping people for years and & haven't been, it feels like a waste.

I have always felt like there was a reason I was here. I love my life {family etc} but I felt like I was meant to do more with my life, a bigger purpose you might say. Something that would make a difference.

Don't worry I have asked my guides to take me through at a rate that I can handle, so I know I have to be patient lol I'm just naturally impatient always have been. "something I am working on"

Then you most definitely have a bigger purpose.
