Who's feet are they anyway?

I was having a bath yesturday when i looked at my feet and did not seem to recognise them as belonging to me, i know it sounds crazy, i weren't tired, don't drink alcohol, don't take illegal drugs and i am of sound mind, i just remember thinking that my body was just an applience i am using, it was a surreal feeling.

Its not crazy. Usually one does not experience this unless they try or they suffer brain damage. Note: for safety reasons do not try to go about your daily life in this state. You never take as much care of someone else’s body arts as your own.

This is actually a very profound (true) insight, well done This is part of what is meant that ‘we spiritual beings having a human experience’.

I do that sometimes, it's the freakiest feeling. It's KIND of like an out of body, but different.

I've never had it with just my feet. It's usually either my face or a whole body thing.

That's actually what brought me here, I kept having it happen a lot, so I was wondering what the heck it was.

Do you think it is brought about when someone is having a spiritual awakening, because i opened my third eye recently and it could be an effect of that.

I don't have brain damage and even though this happened i am not doing anything to damage or endanger myself, i still and always have been happy to be alive and well i just think i am going through some kind of spiritual enlightenment after opening my third eye.
