Hi, haven't been on in awhile. I was just wondering if anyone goes through this and what they do (or would do). So for the last 5 years I've been having progressively worsening pain in the middle of my chest. It is a very heavy pressure and stinging. Sometimes it feels jabbing, other times is is throbbing; it does not stick to one sort of sensation. I have been to the doctor multiple times and the most they did was give me anxiety medicine that doesn't work. This is a spirit attack or anything, I don't believe anyway. It feels as if I am channeling energy in from around me at a fast rate. Sometimes I start to shake badly and as a result I lose control of shields and as a result of that I start seeing and experiencing everything I try to control (if that makes sense). Does anyone else have like body tremors and spasms? I'm not sure if this is just connected to my chain dilemma. Also, I have to block out a lot of things on a daily basis or things get out of hand. But it is not as if it goes away, there is still just a very heavy pressure around me and everything. I imagine that is just everything pushing on shields. And I'm not really blocking out spirits so it's not like I can just tell it to go away, you know? Another interesting thing I find is that my energy and abilities or whatnot seem to surge and 'evolve' (if that makes sense) when fall is changing into winter. Usually during this time, most of what I usually have under control teeters on edge. It goes on for a few months then I get better and stronger I suppose. Does this happen to anyone? Thanks for reading and any comments are welcomed. |

The only pain i have is in the crown and third eye area and sometimes it feels like my whole body is humming like gentle vibrations i have read when people go through spiritual enlightenment they can suffer from spasms which they cant control and as for the chest pains are you sure it is not your heart chakra that isn't blocked if you are absorbing energy and there is a block somewhere in the chakras it can cause problems

About the heart chakra, I'm not very well versed in chakras so if it was blocked how would I go about unblocking it? I could try to see if that makes any difference.

I would look into this book, it could turn your whole life around and also give you some relief with your chest pains.

Is the feeling constant, but the way it feel changes. or does it come and go and when it does, it feels different ways Is it painful or just very uncomfortable? On a scale how bad? Where exactly on your chest? Do you have asthma? Does it move around or always the same spot? |

I do not have asthma. The pressure is nearly always present but the way it feels changes. On the good days it just is uncomfortable and the worst it has been I would rank it like a 8 on a scale of 10. Its like on my sternum and it stays in the same place but some times it spreads out. For example sometimes it is a small circle in the middle of my chest and sometimes it expand. I will say that it does get worse if I get worked up or am upset but even when I am happy or content it is still present. I've gotten used to the discomfort on the good days so I don't notice it as much.

Can I ask what they've done to check it out yet? x-rays, ultrasounds, scoping? My best guess is it's something with your esophagus and if you haven't, I'd see an ENT and get scoped. If you have, maybe try another one. |

| They have done xrays, ecg's, and checked for inflammation (which pretty much just prodded around my chest muscles). I have not gotten scoped so I will look into that. What exactly does the scoping check for?

It can see things an x-ray can't. (Not 100% on this) X-rays are better at seeing bone or voids. An ultrasound is better at soft tissue issues. A scope is a camera, so you get full on visual of what's going on in there if it's on the side that's showing. I would get both if possible or start with one and go with the other. I would go see an ENT at this point. |

Hi, As a relating story a friend of mine had racing heart where it was causing her a lot of issues. She went to a ayervedic person who worked on her with herbs and her diet. Then she went to someone who did healing/body work and they removed negative energy that was affecting her racing heart. Once her treatment was done she's not had any symptoms. I think you need to check all avenues to see what the cause could be. |
