Interior designer spirit?

I recently posted about a spirit in my home that my three year old daughter had been scared by, i believe she can see spirits i was advised to smudge the house, but i am having trouble getting hold of dry sage, anyway my daughter has not been scared since that night but i still hear unexplained bangs in the kitchen anyway last evening after my daughter was asleep in her bed i went downstairs and low and behold a cushion has moved and was placed balanced on the back of the couch and a had a hot sensation in my crown area, i sense this spirit desperately wants my attention but for some reason i cant seem to make a full connection, just lately though i have been hearing a voice which seems to come from nowhere urging me to quite smoking, i do not know if it is a plea from my spirit guide or the spirit in my home, but i am going to the doctors to get help to give up smoking , what i would like to know is if this spirit in my home could in fact be my spirit guide

Trust your own inner guidance and do what you feel is right for you then.

For sage you can look for a new age book store close to you . If this is a ghost telling you to quite smoking , it does not sound like any one trying to hurt you . You might try talking to the ghost , tell him/her you will quite smoking , and will take care of the house and not to worry. In one of Robert Monroe's books, while out of body he met a lady ghost . She asked him to take care of the paintings of the house he just bought. They were hers when she was alive. desert rat
