Can you block someone's energy?

Sometimes I feel my ex boyfriends energy. It's very sad, longing, desprate energy. He regrets what took place. I know this, I feel it. I've been feeling it for a good week. It's been 9 months sense we broke up. This is not the first time I felt this energy.

I'm not sure how much is too much to share. I caught him in bed with a married co-worker. Said co-worker has sense left her husband, and they are now a couple. All 3 are hunters and gun owners.

We had an ugly break up. My spirit guides have told me to stay way at all costs. I've been told it's dangerous. Iv'e not been told the exact danger. I do know it's not the normal emotional danger someone would expect. It's much more than that, but I'm not sure it's a phyical danger. All I know is danger. So, while I've been tempted to call as ask if he is ok, I've put my spirit guides warning ahead of my temptation.

I would love to block this energy. Anyone have any ideas? Is it possible?

Wow okay, sorry for your crazy break up! First of all when guides try to intervene in decision making I'd say that's to be taken heed off. It sounds as well like your still quite attached? I would look into some cord cutting and energy cleansing meditations , first of all on a daily basis for a while anyway. I find it helps if there is a lot of heavy energy there, when I had personal experience with this I went to a Reiki consultant and having loving energy coming from another direction gives you a good leg up, Even just one consultation if your funds are currently a bit low starts the ball rolling.

I myself would contact Arch Angel Michael for protection because he creates a very powerful shield around you, Also there are a few energy cleansing meditations with your angels out there.

You've got me curious though, was you ex in any way spiritual? Would he be the type of person to send physic attacks??

Yes, it's possible. I had to block my parents, and I had to keep at it until their energetic interference in my life stopped.

First, tie-cutting is in order. Then shielding. If you have to, make a shield with his name on it (that's what I had to do with my parents).

Spend some time looking around and see what resonates with you as far as techniques, styles, etc. There's plenty out there, so keep going until you find something that makes sense to you.

I've always been able to "feel" people like that. Even people I don't really know very well, or at all. 99% of the time it's pleasant. It's not uncommon for me to know that so-in-so I thinking about me. Or I often know that someone will call. When my phone rings I often know who it is before looking at the caller ID. I used to freak my ex out (different ex) in the days before caller ID, because I made a game of it.

No he is not spiritual, but I was aware he had some physic abilities. I believe him to be a narcissist. Yes, I do believe he would send physic attacks. However; I doubt he has any clue that is what he is doing.

I did a cord cutting this morning and I all ready feel much better.

My plan is to do it everyday for the next 30 days or so.

I also found myself using a shield. Amazingly enough it worked. I'm amazed it worked because I skimmed over how to do it. I generally read something like this 3-4 times. I really have to be in some form of a meditative state the first time I try. I had some other things to do this morning and figured I'd have to get back to it later. I don't know lol. I'm interested in cutting my own ties and looking for a practical method that'll resonate which is why I asked your method. Thanks, good to know you found some relief.

Do make sure you have shielding in place when you're doing cutting. If you don't there can be a tremendous backlash (that happened when I was cutting ties to/with my father).

Generally speaking, the person generating the psychic attack doesn't know they're doing it, and it's not conscious at all. Occasionally you encounter someone who does know what they're doing, but while they may be more deliberately persistent in trying to get past your defences, I've never had a problem in that area that couldn't be fixed by ramping up the shielding and (if they're especially persistent) generating a shield that would bounce their stuff right back at them.

Happily, the number of people who actually know how to craft and launch a successful, directed psychic attack are few and far between. The ones who are just sending out waves of energy along established cords are far more common, and they are normally oblivious to the cords and to the fact that they're sending out energy.
