 |  Reality haze
Just lately i have not had time to meditate yet i have felt the throbing in the third eye area not all the time but once or twice, and it started half an hour before my boyfriend turned up unexpectedly and stopped as soon as he arrived now i am getting a slight pain in my crown area like something trying to dig into my skull, my visions and lucid dreaming have gone down in number, but just lately i have been feeling that i am in a dream when i am awake and it is like in some ways i am not sure what is reality, i haven't been doing anything daft or dangerous and i do not take drugs or drink alchol, is this reality cofusion conected to the third eye? I think your reality confusion is connected to what is happening all over the world at the moment. I feel the same and I have spoken to many people who have the same thing happening to them. They say there is a spiritual unheavel happening. Mind confusion, third eye and crown area pain, the feeling like your in a dream state when awake is all part of it. I don't really understand it but I am just going with the flow and hope it will all settle soon. |

It's a relief to know I'm not the only one experiencing this, I've been in a semi-conscious dream state this entire year so far and have been having the most disturbing, intense, unpleasant, exhausting dreams of my entire life during this period of time. I can only hope it will eventually pass, I am very confused and uncomfortable with this whole situation.
