Question About 3rd eye abilities

I would like to know what everyone's abilities are. So maybe I can improve mine I finally woke my 3rd eyes yesterday. My visions are of just weird bright objects, When i focus on them all they are is white spikes and lightning(that's what it looks like) So if someone can give me a idea how to see my spirit guide with my 3rd eye or better visions It would be nice

I think I opened mine alittle and I talked to my mother which also has done it when she was younger. But I have a unique ability I think but I'm not sure how to improve it. It's kinda hard to explain but I'll try.
The best I can put it is that I can see the energy/souls of animals and people when I have my eyes closed, I can't see the room or whats in it unless I feel whats there. I have to feel an object like a phone or a book then it will began to glow lightly, Its like everything is made from a glow stick. I can go into a pitch dark room with my eyes closed and I can point out where an cat/dog is or a person. I can see myself very well like my hands are a very bright light, I can focus and see the lines in my hands. The thing I want to improve is the glow of other people and animals, they glow very lightly but I know they are there....I want them to glow brighter but I have know idea how to improve it. Do I just focus harder? I was playing with it all night so I know what i can see and what I can see and what i cant.

It sounds like you are on the right track. Maybe try not to force it so much and just go with the flow. You need to relax and let it come naturally to get the full effect.
About a year ago I started focusing and honing my abilities which there are several now as they grow. I am telepathic, clairsentient and clairaudient. I believe that I also naturally astral project when I am asleep but until I can find a way to remember these adventures or my dreams I am not for sure. Seeing these lights is a great blessing, I myself do not see things very often but I can hear them with my telepathy. Just relax, maybe try to meditate at least once a day so that your gift continues to become clearer.
