Is there an average length of time that a soul is in-between lives? I realize that time doesn't exist in that dimension but I was wondering if anyone knew in Earth time what the average period was. 5 years? 50 years? 100 years? I know that souls can be leading more than one life at a time. That concept is just bizarre to me but that's beside the point. I recently had an Akashic Records reading and I was surprised when the person was recounting a life I had in the early 1900's. That just doesn't seem too long ago. |

It depends on each soul. Kind of like if a person loses their job, some go back asap, some take some time, some never go back. I think some people like to come back as the children of family that were living while they lived during that life. Others like to wait for all of those to also pass, then recycle again as a group after doing whatever it is we do up there. |

It has always been my understanding that our family and loved ones will not reincarnate until everyone is back together again so I think this time would vary for everyone depending on where everyone is in their process.

Sandstone - There are so many misconceptions floating around out there that it's hard to know what to believe. This is just my experience from working with the Records. We used to have an average of 20-30 years span between lives. This is going to totally vary based on the soul, and has less to do with time and more to do with events and circumstances that we want to experience. Sometimes we come in very soon after dying. I know one person who died and came right back within a few months in that same year. Other times we might be very interested in a particular geographic area or timeframe, and have many lifetimes happening at the same time. If we are gone for awhile (say 100 years), we can feel really out of step when we come back because so much has changed. Just like if we have had many lifetimes where we were masculine oriented, it will feel strange to then become feminine oriented. Think of lifetimes like many radio or tv stations. They can all play different programs at the same time, but we choose to experience one channel at time, until we want to experience more. Hope that helps. |

In agreement with most of the other posts hear , I dont think there is any set time for some one to come back . I think we do have some control as to when we come back. I would think a few people would progress to a point at to not need to be re born, and go on to the next level . desert rat

You could ask this question and receive a million and one responses, and the funny thing is that each of those responses wouldn't be wrong. Why are we trying to reduce something as so metaphyiscally complicated and so intricately beautiful as to try and define it by time? Here on Earth we are so incredibly fixated with this notion of time. Everything about our lives is structured around trying to determine it's limitations, trying to analyse it's existence, base it off an accepted foundation. Reincarnation is a circular process that bridges both the physical and spiritual. When we reincarnate, we do so on a pre-determined basis, we don't just keep pumping down here whenever we feel like it. There is no minimum or maximum amount of time between incarnations, as even if were to die in our current existence, there exists multiple dimensions of parallel selves simultaneously existing at the same time. Some may argue that we never left... Quote:
