Past Life Regression

Does anyone know if you can regress yourself to remember past lives? It has come to my attention from my Spirit Guide that something big is coming, something evil and that it is imperative that I remember this from a past life. I cannot afford a regression session so I am wondering if there is a way to do this myself? Would love to hear everyone's input.

You can use self hypnosis , methods are in some books on past lives and you can get tapes , cds , dvds , and down load mp3s . You can buy cds and dvds at new age book stores . There are some links on these threads Past lives past lives desert rat

You are from a much "older" "time" than this certain sphere of existence. In essence, you are from a time before this time began. And you know this. In the back of your mind.

Trust me friend, if you venture into remembing what you already know, you will be freaked out a bit, but it's all just as real as it seems. I suggest trying to remember. For that is all that your life is about, until the time that you remember, then you can do that which you have always done.

I am a psychologist and past life therapist. I received a google alert about the person on your site who wanted to know if you could discover information about a past life yourself. That sounded right up my alley because I just wrote a book, "Hidden Treasures From Past Lives", and in it I list what I call Action Steps. They are ways to find the clues to learn about past lives. I also discuss techniques, some of which are targetted to the person who wants to explore on his/her own and some who require a therapist.

I believe that we all are affected by past life legacies and that if we heal them, we live a more fulfilling life now. Also don't have to deal with those issues in a future life!

Yes, you can do past life regression on yourself. I use a couple of guided meditation tapes from Brian Weiss. I forget the cost but they weren't particularly cheap. I believe you could also meditate to induce past life regression but I don't know how.

I don't feel anything evil is coming your way. You might have some changes coming which aren't always fun, but nothing evil.

What kind of changes?
My spirit guide has told me that there is evil about and that I must hone my skills and and improve them as much as I can to fight it off. Ironically, my best friend's spirit guide told her pretty much the same thing.
If you don't mind me asking, what do you see or sense about me?

I think as more people open up and reslove repressed stuff there will be changes , but I dont think there will be any thing evil . You might check with your higher self. Something other than your spirit guide may be talking to you . desert rat

OK, that makes sense.

You're going to be opening up more to this type of stuff.

Use what you learn for good, not bad.

For an example, if you were just learning to to do spells. Only do spells to help yourself and others, bring good things. Don't use them for negative things like revenge, hurting someone else, bending their will (love me, not them type of thing).

I think that's what the 'evil' would be that's coming up.

(Although I've always been intuitive, this is something I do for my own personal things. Take it as friendly advice, not as a psychic reading type of thing)
