Spirit in my apt?

Currently I am living on campus at my university. There has always been rumors about it being haunted but these rumors are spread mostly for fun. Last year things have been happening throughout the campus, but nothing huge. This year, I am living in an on campus apartment with 4 room mates.

A couple weeks ago, our phone rang. We picked the phone up and there was no dial tone. The weird thing is that every phone in the whole building has been disconnected since the summer time. Another weird thing that happened is a towel fell in one of our bathrooms but no one touched it. Odd things keep happening but we just ignore it and go about our day.

Last night something happened that made me and one of my room mates question whether or not something was in our room. She said she felt like her bed was moving like someone was in it with her. She said it felt like the bed was shaking as if she was having sex and it really scared her. This morning we both said it felt like something was in the room with us but we both ignored it. Can someone help us?
