Having a vision of a mysterious symbol?

Last night I was drifting off to sleep when i had a vision of a celtic cross (i know the name after further investigation). It was on a hill side as the sun was going down.

To my knowledge, I've never seen this symbol before and it's even stranger as i have Irish heritage. What could this mean?

I could be from a past life .You might of been picking up the image from some one else . Some one else watching the sun set on there church , or seting beside a grave marker . You might ask your higher self/guides/masters for the meaning . desert rat

Sceptic here, so might not be helpful. I think thats fairly normal. Ive seen dreams featuring a stone cross too, floods, a pyramid, scrub and desert, then there are dreams full of patterns, plans and weird contraptions, dreams of fractured mazes in towers, weird animal human hybrids, shadowy figures with glowing eyes and static fields that make you tingle, you name it. I put it down to a vivid imagination, but couldnt say more than that without cause.
