Would there be hospitals in the spirit world or in other dimensions?

I saw a man in a room sat on a chair waiting to be seen, i could only see one side of his face which has extensive burns, i saw this after travelling through tunnels of a purple colour when i was meditating

There are no hospitals in the spirit world, as you no longer have a body to get hurt.

You could have been looking at a parallel dimension, or even a future/past glimpse of our current one.

It could be a form of clairvoyance I once read about. Once when I was about 12 I got up in the middle of the night and looked through the crack in the curtains of my window and saw people in a bar playing pool, outside my window in the garden in the middle of the night?

I'd never even seen inside a bar at that stage, but I could clearly see a man in a cowboy hat shooting pool with about 10 other people in the room.

I have no idea why I saw that, but I read that it's a form of clairvoyance. Sounds similar to your experience anyway....?

I understand there not being hospitals for the physical body but what about for the spiritual self? The soul?

I was thinking the same thing. I know some pretty sick individuals.

I read in this book called astral realms where passed on people would create for them selfs the same kind of things they had when alive . Schools , banks , churches , stores, a life in denial. They would not need a hospital , butt they could create one . desert rat

There have been reports of "healing centers" on the inner planes, so yes there are places a spirit or soul could go to to receive healing. It's very common to receive all sorts of emotional healing, since deep wounds can remain there for a long time. Many of these healing centers are run by the angelic realms, in fact, in meditation we can even ask to be taken to them while we're still in the physical or perhaps you can ask to go in the dreamstate at night and your etheric body is given a healing, which in turn is transfered to your physical body.

One of the things that can be done, from what I read, is you can receive color baths, in which you lie in a pool of color, sort of like a small swimming pool and the colors penatrate your whole being and heal you.

Now this is a real, what do you believe question...since none of us really know.
However I read somewhere ( Edgar Cayce?) about how during war time. Many soldiers died not even knowing they were truly dead.
And needed special care. On the astral plane
a true hospital was set up. (Using thought forms) that was so real one would think one was still alive. Anything can be created
on the astral plane. Thus making for an easier transition. It got into detail about
how this was done. I also remember reading about some places on the astral plane that looked just like earth and one could hardly tell it wasn't.
