 |  How to figure out the reason for a health problem?
Hi everyone  I'm not sure I'm posting this question in the correct section... What should I do to find out what the reason for a health problem of mine is (and maybe receive some guidance about what I should do to improve my condition)? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. |

There's so many options. Louis Hays connects emotional reasons for health problems. I've found some on-line, she has books and apps (I love her app). Meditate about it Get a reading I'm guessing the doctor root hasn't worked yet or you wouldn't be asking. |

Thank you for your response Bonadea I've been struggling with pretty severe depression and anxiety for quite some time now. I think meds only made things worse, and I'm scared to take any more of them. Right now I'm trying mindfulness meditation and Heilstrom (healing energy) absorbtion to get some relief. I'm scared this is going to kill me. I'm confused and I don't know what to do. I was thinking of going to Brazil to see the spiritual healer John of God, but I live in Eastern Europe and I can't really afford the trip. I keep wondering if this is some sort of a karmic problem that I have to accept and somehow learn to live with, or a problem that I actually have a chance to overcome and be able to live a normal life.
