A mild pain distracted me during astral projection

Earlier this year, I had an experience in which I seemed to be astral projecting from a lucid dream. It wasn't definite, but it was interesting to think about.

This morning, I had my second experience.

In my dream, I was reading a newspaper. I had a sudden increase in my awareness and realised I could read through the paper and cosume the words as if I were reading it for real. Being curious about it, I read to see if there were anything interesting, but the words were typical of a dream, piled together randomly and making no sense.

Boom! The next second, everything changed. There is no dream, and I appear to be waking up (though not physically). I started to get the whole thing with all the vibrations and the feeling of energies, making me realise that I was most likely projecting and needed to keep calm about it. I was a little nervous of negative energies, but I kept my cool and thought of white light and good energy.

But then I started to feel this mild discomfort (like a mild pain), which was pulsating around the outside edge of my lower ribs, opposite the side I was laying on. It was annoying and distracting me. I wondered at the time if maybe it was something that needed healing. But, soon enough, I couldn't ignore it and I woke up. The discomfort, however, didn't exist in the physical world, though I wondered if it could have had something to do with chakras. I'm still fresh to a lot of these things.
